Nothing as such. One of the lady staff on 27th evening was quite fussy about some house keeping stuff and this was without looking at we being a customer. Because of that we hardly used the complimentary items and Infact returned some of them.. This incident made our stay very uncomfortable which I had never experienced in my tenure, while travelling across. We would never prefer or recommend for stay in this Hotel in Pattaya Some of the staff were very courteous and appreciate their service Service and behaviour of some of the staff

Extra charges for pillow and others which was deducted with comments it was dirty however we didn’t notice when it was changed and dirty when it was changed

Best location, right one minute to Walking street and five minutes to Beach Road There is no microwave oven in the room. You have to request to get iron from housekeepers otherwise you will not get iron in your room.
