Location is to die for. A short walk to the beach and to a big shopping mall, restaurants and certainly big C. Clean room, descent size bathroom with a view facing a beach. We definitely love the 7Eleven that can be accessed from the hotel's lobby. Hotel also provide a free rides to the beach or to the back road. Breakfast are ok-ish, but the star is is the infinity swimming pool.....me and my husband love it very much. It is like an oasis in the dessert, with frangipani trees here and there. We have nothing to complain....everything just right

Holiday Inn Pattaya We had an absolutely fantastic time at Holiday Inn Pattaya. The hotel itself was magnificent and the staff, outstanding. We really felt like we were in a 5-star hotel, but not the cost of the expensive hotels. The rooms were very spacious, we stayed at the Ocean View and Bay tower, which had a nice view of the beach from the balcony. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was more than decent, well-stocked with all the amenities that you would need. My daughters loved the kids pool, which had a slide and a fountain area. We were also able to enjoy the adult pool nearby which had the infinity pool ledge overlooking the beach, which was fantastic at sunset. The pool bar has nice choices for lunch and snacks, we had the usual fare beside the pool like pizza and chicken tenders for the kids. The buy-one-get-one-free for drinks was a welcome touch as well. The beach is literally just crossing the road and you are there already. There are covered beach beds that you can rent and enjoy a cold coconut drink while staying at the beach, and lots of snacks that sellers can offer. You can also get a massage here as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of choices and even at peak hours, there was a table available for us. Waiters were very attentive to our needs and the choices were numerous. This was a great choice for our stay in Pattaya. Location was great, price was just right. We also saw from Grab delivery bikes delivering food for midnight snacks, and there’s also a 7-11 nearby if you need something. Shoutout to: Fah and Bella of the front desk for being so nice, they allowed us to check in early so we could enjoy the pool right away, and also offered a late checkout, which was a godsend. Natda our room attendant was able to help us with our room needs and kept it clean. The Splash and Deli Bar waiter Tong was also so helpful. Kudos also to our bellmen, Yut and Boston who were always asking us if we needed help. None, the only thing we didn’t like is that we wish we had stayed longer at this hotel. We will definitely stay here if we ever come back.

The staff were incredibly polite and made me very comfortable during my stay. It was also very nice that 7/11 was right downstairs. Love the property. One thing I didn’t like: the view of the ocean from the rooftop bar of the Executive building is somewhat blocked by the main building - kind of sucks!

I stayed in the tower close to the beach. It has very nice infinity pool on 4th floor. Hotel staff was nice and location was Great. My room was confortable and had a nice sea view. Overall very pleasant stay. Everything was good

K at the front desk was amazing. Friendly and helpful. On my next trip to Pattaya I will stay with yall again because of her kindness That I didn't stay here all 3 nights. I should have booked my entire stay with yall

Lovely, high floor room with the stunning sea/bay view. Spacious lobby and attentive, polite staff. Nice swimming pool offering fantastic sunset views. Very comfy beds and pillows. Very good breakfasts with variety of things. Egg station service-no waiting, they would bring it to your table. Perfect location, just by the beach but also In a proximity to the mall Terminal 21. Water in the tea/coffee making station in the restaurant had that strange tap water aftertaste. I couldnt have Americano alone, needed cappucino so milk would mask the ruining taste.

Did not take breakfast except once.The Company of Hotel users were not very pleasant. I did not know they have two towers for the stay. When booking this was not make clear to me.

The hotel is located right on the beach and in a walking distance from downtown mall and market. The breakfast is one of a kind offering a great variety of food (international and local Thai food). The room and facilities are very clean. The staff is very friendly. Nothing major, it is a tower with 25 floors, the lifts may get busy during the peak hours.

Good location, everything is so convenient from this hotel. They should mention at the booking time which building you are going to stay. You think you will get the front building but they will give your executive building which is the 2nd block behind the main building.
