Their Staff availability. No intercoms in their rooms also.

View was great, cleaning people were very nice The older white guests were quite rude at the pool area. Before we entered the pool, they were watching us to make sure we showered there, although we showered in our room just before, and they were very strict about telling us not to enter without showering where they can see us (although they were not staff there at all). Afterwards, the staff told us to please shower there, and that was okay because he was the staff, but to be told by the guests was quite rude.

Very close to the beach and main road. Nearby from both the Terminal 21 and Central Pattaya. View from the room was excellent too and the area was not chaotic at all. It was just a 15 mins distance from the Sanctuary of Truth as well. Well stay

Nice friendly hotel and good location. The bed surround that the mattress fitted into was awkward and in the night when I got up I tripped on it and hit my face ended up with a black eye

Do have great sea, city, sunset, sunrise views. Accessible to convenience stores like Tops and 7-11. Rooms are clean and spacious. Not really dislike, just provide some feedback for further improvement 1) Bathroom wall grout (white lines) need to redo as some are covered with moulds 2) Shower Tap need polish as it’s covered with long time water stain marks 3) Balcony rattan furniture need to some gloss varnish or change out 4) Air-con compressor very noisy 5) Housekeeper had neglected the balcony cleaning when did daily housekeeping.

Please note that the POOL is NON FUNCTIONAL at Markland seaside hotel.which was a big setback for us. My family is on vacation & we booked the hotel partly for the pool located on the 5th floor. We were informed that it was operational at the time odmf booking.. Very very disappointing. NO POOL
