I would have to say The Staff from the front counter to the Cleaning Staff were exceptional , Nothing was a problem for them . This is not my first stay at the hotel and it definitely woint be my last . When in Pattaya stay at the Intimate Hotel. Nothing to mention.

The location is near to the sea and walking street, other than this nothing is good 1- Reception and lobby do not have AC, even the corridors between the rooms do not have air conditioning. 2- There is a bad humidity smell inside the rooms. 3- breakfast restaurant is very poor and no variety in food.

the location is good and even though ghe hotel is near a busy road, the rooms are very quiet. the wizard bar and the macrobrewery are a highlight of the hotel and the breakfast is very good the hotel seems to be of an older generation and could use a renovation to keep it up-to-date. but i think we will be back again because the pro‘s weight more then the con‘s

the front desk, the entrance stuff even the security guard they just lovely people and that make the most of the hotel worth it. I had to change rooms because i didnt get exactly what i booked. Jacuzzi didnt work good. 1 time the hous keeping wake me up to clean the room ?

The location was good The breakfast was very ordinary no variety and everything was cold even i was an early guest They tried to charge for instant coffee in the room 50 baht for 2 sticks of Nescafé 43 and if you wanted creamer and sugar you had to open the tea which is another 50 baht. And then no kettle but a water boiler which heats water up to max.lukewarm First hotel ever in the world which tried to charge for instant coffee The pool closes at 7 pm and that is the only bar in the hotel otherwise a great pool but the space completely under utilised. Could be great space if they would add some cabanas etc. plenty of space Restaurant is a themed eatery with a menu that large but nothing which makes sense with a own brewery which brews ordinary beers Ok i only tried 2 but they were flat and ordinary The rooms are large and the bed comfortable Aircon strong but noisy Only 2 power points unless you crawl under the TV so if you need to charge many gadgets you will struggle Internet ok

I liked that the pool area had a separate shower and changing area. That allows customers who check out to go to the beach to freshen up before continuing the journey Old building and furniture. The bathroom had hair in the shower and the bath tub. Even after the room is made up the floors were not vacuumed. The pool and gym is being closed down at 19:00 The pool is also just about 10m for swimming
