Location, roof top pool. Air conditioning leaking, tried to put me in a cheaper room, loud on one side of building.

Pool Clean room It was so loud during night , that I left the hotel after two nights instead of my booked 7 nights. When I asked politely if there is a chance of little refund at least for 2-3 nights, I was told the manager is on holiday and and not reachable.

Nice room , the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Pattaya. Location is second to none for the nightlife of Soi buakhao and surrounding areas. ATM , laundry and 7/11 all pretty much on your doorstep. Great shower and really good a/c. Of course the staff were always helpful and pleasant which makes the stay so much better. Not much to say here but going to be really picky ,the bum gun in the toilet could be a bit more powerful. No microwave in the room which is no problem for most people but I just like the convenience of having one. Remember I am being picky.

You can see from the above what I liked about the property. Traveled Thailand for 2 months, you had the best towels and I stayed at Somerset before coming to 24/7. Deal breaker- the noise from Tree Town made it impossible to sleep, could actually feel the base notes on your chest. Woke up several times at 3 am when they would decide to give the music an extra blast. Not sure if a room on the other side of the building would help, one was not available.
