Fantastic hotel, my favourite one on the trip this time.

Bathroom lights never turned off, and I mean never turned off. Sliding glass door to the balcony was broken. Had a lot of trouble opening and closing.

My 3rd time staying here. Central location. Nice pool and loungers. Big rooms. Rooms clean and towels changed daily. Great value for money. Shower is in the bath and the shower head sprays on the floor as there is no curtain.

I stayed at that hotel multiple times and I am almost always happy with my stay. This time was the same. Great location on Soi Diana, good/friendly easygoing staff. I had a one bedroom suite which was great. The AC in the bedroom could not be controlled, it kept on going and going and the room would get super cold in the middle of the night.

Old and dated furniture, curtains with very small tv situated far away from viewing area. Sliding doors did not close properly and noise level outside was high.

The location is as good as it gets in Pattaya. The building is classy and well appointed. It's a great place to stay.

Everything Facilities are a little old and could do with being updated, Also hotel has no kitchen so you can't order food / Room service

I stayed here multiple times. I am always very happy. Great staff, great location. I had a huge one-bedroom with a nice view over Soi Diana. No breakfast (but Kiss restaurant is just meters away)

Good room... great staff but the star of the stay was the location. Right in the middle of the best area in Pattaya, LK Metro. Restaurant heaven, Beer bar heaven and LK metro nightlife make for a fantastic time in Pattaya. Minutes from Beach road as well. Highly recommended.

Jacuzzi failed 5 times. Had to more room. New room had blocked toilet . Paid for ironing service but got laundry service on clean clothes and was given an iron and ironing board instead.

Clean, nice room, staff good Disappointed at first brekky that I had to pay. They didn't check if I had included breakfast and I reminded myself later that day when I was checking the booking

Location to everything was good. Cleaning staff were excellent No shower. Trying to kill all the mosquitoes in the room
