Location was excellent, The Wi-Fi was no good keep dropping out, The staff had no idea how to fix it, they just set the check in dates incorrect and kept telling me they needed to organize IT to fix it. This was all explained to them in Thai.

1 front desk clerk had an attitude ? over late checkout request! She knows who she is N. Other than her attitude everything else was perfect!!!! We will be back everything we are in Pattaya.

One lady that works there is always angry. I was there a few months ago and she was the same then as well

Parking was awesome on site and location to walk to everything was perfect. The check in/out process was really slow. Had to sit and wait to check out not great.

Shower water leaks onto the floor

We arrived on 22 June and waited 2 hours in a hot area with no seats or shade to them be told that there was not availability and we would have to find another property. Booking.com customer service was very poor. It is 3 months later, and we are still waiting on a refund that we paid in full in May so this amount which is over $800 has been out of account for over 4 months. Trying to get in touch with booking.com is a nightmare and customer service is nonexistent. Very poor form on both parties. we did not like anything at all about this experience. We did not like anything at all about this experience would have to say one of the worst customer service experiences I have had during my extensive travel and booking.com has been the worst to deal with. The fact we had paid in full we have not been refunded and that booking.com has not been helpful at all that is if you can actually get hold of anyone. Have had a couple of phone calls where they continued to cut the phone call off and was not able to get back to the same person. Promise have been made about the repayment, but nothing has still happened. Happy to take our money but not provide the service.

Location & friendly staff . After having a shower excess water seamed to collected on floor ( in front of toilet ) not in shower tray . Toilet spray gun l believe is faulty may need attention.
