Location, balcony, AC, beds I regretted not getting a place with a pool, but I did book this knowing there wasn’t a pool.

It’s very well located Half of the building is too noisy because of the street. The rooms are not well isolated, it can be noisy, it all depends who is your neighbor.

The location was pretty good next to convenient location spots like 7 eleven and pharmacy. The rooms had no safe. The shower shares with the toilet is quite wild.

Soundproofing between the rooms is poor. If someone is watching tv (or whatever) in the next room, you'll be hearing it.

Location was excellent.. staff are friendly and accomodating. For the money it was great value. Hotel is clean and well built. Beds were comfortable enough and bathrooms very good for the amount of money. Rooms decent enough sized, again, for the money. Would definitely stay there again any time. Front rooms are a bit noisy because they are right on Soi Buakhao. The biggest problem was there was no safe in the room. Hotels, especially in Pattaya must include a safe to secure your money and valuables. Only time in Pattaya I have experienced a hotel without one.

It was more expensive than my other stays and it was also noticable that it had some more quality than the other stays.

Rooms are sound proofed, TVs and AC are newer models. All and all will visit again!

The room had a nice look, a balcony, and a good sized refrigerator. There was, what looked like, some black mold in a ceiling corner and some sloppy workmanship on bathroom fixtures drilled into the tile with open holes from misplacement or other reasons. The toilet would erupt with strong bubbling about every 2-4 hours and the sink leaked from the drain under the sink. It was very noisy outside the room. There were no safety boxes in the rooms. One very irritating aspect of this hotel was the minimal parking in front for my rented motorbike. More than half the available parking was taken up by rental bikes either by a third party or the hotel itself.

Everything. New roof mounted Aircon. The price was above the average for that kind of accommodation. I think that they also have lower priced rooms.

No parking. Inflexible staff. Not helpful. Since I could not park or stop temporarily at or close to the hotel to unload my bags and check in, I was unable to check in at the hotel. Even the restaurant next door where would not allow me to park for a few minutes while I drop bags and get room keys (despite me having bought lunch in the restaurant) .

Great location, and nice to have a balcony overlooking Soi Buckeroo. The bed was comfy, had a big fridge and the shower was good. Staff were very friendly. The wifi was very patchy, so be prepared for that. Also its quite noisy at night, so pack some earplugs if you want and early night.

I enjoyed having a balcony I could sit at and eat my breakfast and watch people below. The staff surprised me by cleaning my room and changing the towels daily. They also cleaned my cups and left two bottles of water. Great location. No safe. Can hear the traffic during peak hours.

The promises........No Pool or breakfast room, restaurant or bar... Poor.. Go to cafe next door for breakfast, but hotel paid the bill..... Hmm, not my scene
