Rooms are so spacious

The staff was friendly The room was miserably. Bed was like a rock, pillows weren’t much better. The fan made noise anytime you used it. The bathroom was also the shower so anything you had in the room ended up getting wet. After two day I had to leave. My back was a wreck.

ALL Swimming pool

Air conditioner was clanging all night and requires repair. Swimming pool and general areas are very tired. No tea and coffee facilities in room.

Pat was professional woman at desk when I checked in, was mean n rude n also had an issue that I dont speak thai, thn next day in am i was looking for my misplaced mouse n she was rude again! ants in room shower in same area as toilet barely any A/C, and AC turns OFF when you leave so u come back to a 100 degree room! tv didnt work NO WORKING internet didnt give me a renovated room as promised long before I left didnt give me upper room as promised no wash clothes or enough tp, Pat did bring me some later they kept saying to wait for manager nxt day 830a, thn was told 930, then told me I had to wait it takes time, so I gave thm time and ate, when I returned girl says "where were you ?!" I was giving them time that's where I was!

The staff was always very pleasant and helpful, from the maids to the front desk area. The property is close to many of the night life attractions. The beach is a very short scooter ride away. Lots of options to eat. The bed was a little firm for my taste.

I've stayed at three other hotels in the area. The view is the best you will get for the price. Because the price is so affordable, your fellow guests can look pretty shady. For some reason, they cannot read/understand rules for keeping food or glassware outside the pool area nor the rule to shower before entering the pool

The room was a good size and beds were comfy. Staff were lovely. However it wasn’t too clean and there were a lot of cockroaches, centipedes and ants crawling around the rooms and walls. Rooms weren’t too clean, a lot of dust everywhere and ceiling looked as if it were broken. Balcony was also boarded up so felt mislead by the pictures and description of room before we booked.
