The swimming pool, water slide and the jumping It was under renovation which wasn’t mentioned while booking, the hotel policy doesn’t allow you to take your personal drinks and food over the pool although the restaurants were closed so we didn’t have any option to order food. I stayed last year and it was allowed but this year it’s strictly prohibited to take your snacks with you.

Nothing Staff They have construction and they refuse to stop it كان عندهم صيانه و اصوات مزعجه و رفظوا يوقفون وبلهجه تحدي بعد ?و التعاون عندهم صفر من المدير المناوب الى موظفي الاستقبال مع الاسف لا انصح بالسكن فيه حتى سعره اعلى من قيمته الحقيقية لا يستحق كل بات اندفع فيه

The room was comfortable and clean. The facilities were very good and the staff were friendly. Nice atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The location was a little far from some attractions, but overall it was fine.

Great location, my kid enjoyed a lot. It was 3 mins walk from the beach. We enjoyed our vacation & the hotel water park was amazing. Kid friendly hotel.

For the price I have paid this is one of the best hotels I have stayed so far. It's very close to all the bars and the night life of Pattaya, as well as the shops and the street markets. Also very close to Terminal 21 mall. The price is reasonable, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is in a nice and safe area. This is value for money.

The location and the room view as I’ve paid extra for a high floor room. The breakfast staff and environment was nice and not too crowded. The elevators are extremely slow and crowded. Spent 1 hour overall just waiting for the elevators to go up and down. Is an extremely crowded place, and the common areas are very stressful. The checkout staff refused me 1 hour late checkout despite the 10.000 baht I’ve spent for 2 nights that is pretty expensive compared to the neighboring 5 star hotels.

Very good housewife (Khun Ple) on the top-pest floor (16th), she was so nice, polite, friendly and very very excellent support ! Thanks a lot for your kind attention. And then, there were good two staffs at front (Khun Susie and Khun Anja), they gave the good advise and strong support. I think the design of the elevators still not enough good. Having a separate button to call the elevator would make it faster to use.

We loved the fact that the location was perfect – so close to the beach and all the restaurants, as well as the Terminal 21 shopping mall. We couldn't ask for more! Having a 7-Eleven right as you step outside was a big plus. The kids' swimming pool area was great, and my daughter could spend hours there. Nothing to complain about.
