Swimming pool was nice size and great for daily swim. Had to ask for a temporary curtain to be fitted in the room......which it was within 5mins of asking. No kettle in room.

Very friendly staff. This time I got a not renovated room. And there the bed was quite uncomfortable. Anything else was good.

Location and property is good, nothing more The bathroom did not have enough pressure in the shower. WC was not flushing well, no handwash was in toilet, no tissue paper box was provided in room, and no intercom or bell was provided in the room to call for any assistance, there was no laundry service, no food could be ordered in room since there was no menu and intercom in room, no hot water kettle with tea coffee sachets were provided, there was no mini bar in room.

All the staff were excellent probably the best I have encountered in Thailand over many years The rooms need a massive makeover and I think they have started and beds definitely need improvement also as other reviews it is very dated and tired and needs to reinvest while this travel boom keeps going and most hotels full

The staff were really friendly. Nice pool. Great location for T21 areas. I left some valuables in a drawer during check out but went back 3 days later and the maid had handed them all to reception. Honest and friendly staff means a lot. A bit ‘dated’ compared with the photos on booking.com.
