10 Years ago LEK Villa was a very good hotel. Today it is a disaster! Nobody cares about the swimming pool losing water and repairing broken tiles. The staff is unfriendly and a disgrace. The location is ok but the noise from the Main Street is terrible. The air conditioning did not work. I had to inform the staff three times that the WiFi is not working until somebody reluctantly took a look at the situation and rebooted the server!

It is dated but well built not like some new properties. The pool is really big but I think it would be better if it had some renovation to bring it back to original condition.

4th floor cleaner did an excellent job and internal hotel was very clean and well aired. Plenty of pool towels, clean, etc. Pool is excellent and kept clean. Lighting at night is very attractive Desk staff could use English lessons! Pool side furniture need replacing with wheeled loungers and thicker mattresses. Each lounger should have a table/chair, towels need to be replaced. Each lounger should have a safe, waterproof charger and WiFi charger set onto the wall with extending cables.. Sun umbrellas need renewing. Pool steps are slippery and dangerous. They all need non slip fixed surfaces. General maintenance to pool and gardens are needed. No room safe

Great location The hotel was really good 8 years ago.The hotel is really rundown an doesn't get maintenance . The door lock was broken, The door lock to the balcony was also broken Cupboard doors had broken hinges, The linen was dirty an mattress were very old. The room floor was filthy, I reported these problems to staff an it fell on deaf ears One female evening staff was very rude and not friendly at all. Hopefully things improve in the future
