Convenience close to the restaurants that many choices , near the mall just walk across the street Parking area seem not so much and the gate a bit confuse for entrance and exit

Visited this Hotel 20 Years ago little has changed room a little dated , lighting in the rooms a little poor , rooms clean but balconies dated some of the wood on the balcony rotten .

The room was great. Spacious. The location was an upscale corner very close the Terminal 21. Great restaurants nearby. At the north end of the beach, just off Beach Rd. Close enough to the action, but not in the middle of it. The property is designed like a resort and it works. No noise from the street - like an oasis in the city. The AC works, but it never quite got all the way there. Took a while for the hot water to get to you.

Location was amazing and the rooms are spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wooden furniture is showing some aging, and not enough wall sockets in the room, especially bed side

Breakfast is impressive both food and bakery especially,croissants Wifi is smooth. Overall is fine. I like it. Some stuff in room is a bit old. Because furniture is made of wood, it has a musty smell. However, on our last day, we went out for strolling and took some photos around swimming pool. At 11.45, we went back to the room to get our bags ,but we couldn't open the door as our keycards were invalid which was so weird because the checkout time was 12.00. The staff gave a confusing excuse for that.

Location was near to Terminal 21 and several underrated restaurants. Nice peaceful layout which was like a small bubble of tranquility within the high energy of Pattaya. Breakfast quality was that of a high end resort but with fewer options. Way too many mosquitoes. I’d suggest spraying the grounds periodically. Simply opening the front or balcony door brought in a swarm of mosquitoes.

Very nice, clean with pleasant staff A few small improvements, add something under the chair next to dressing table to stop the “nails on a blackboard noise” when you use it, add something to wardrobe doors to stop banging when closing, could hear this late at night/early morning in the next room, soundproof door to room, add handrail to pool steps and general upgrade to pool.
