Excellent pool and the whole pool area. Good breakfast, and good and inexpensive room service. Very close to pattaya again shopping center and close enough to terminal 21 mall. The beds are old and uncomfortable. Air conditioner blows directly to the bed.

A green oasis close to the beach, Terminal 21 and other amenities. Has a couple nice restaraunts closeby. Also has a decent pool with a couple of slides for the kids. Breakfasts are ok.

Breakfast was good and so was the location I have been to Thailand and I'm always impressed with the kindness of the staff. This also was the case here

Beautiful pool with swim up bar and water slides and peaceful garden setting with plenty of large banyan trees. Very rare comfortable soft beds! Great customer service from the friendly staff! Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of food! Great location near malls and many restaurants too!

Close to terminal 21 My wristwatch went missing in the room, and the staff denied any fault.

The Pool was great. Probably the best part of staying at this hotel. Large and has 2 sliders for young kids. The property itself caters to about 99% Russians/Eastern Europeans. Lots of families with young kids so its quite family friendly. Location was also good, a local restaurant right across from hotel for cheap and local food. And across the street from Terminal 21. The staff was very nice and all were polite. Our room size was large. 2 rooms actually so one for our two sons and one for me and the wife with a living room. But way too expensive for what you get. You are only paying for the room size. It was 7,000B a night. It was large but very old and very basic cheap furniture you get at Ikea or etc. From the doors to the cabinets and table and chairs. All felt pretty cheap. I must say that the beds were very comfortable though. That was the best part of the room. The best are super soft. The furniture is very old and the cushions on the sofa don't even fit. IT constantly was slipping off the sofa because its too large for the sofa. Don't know why they don't just purchase a new sofa. None of the furniture was in good shape. They had some internet Cable TV that I found it rather difficult cuz most of the channels were not in English. Lots of Indian and Russian, European language channels but not too many in English. Also wifi is not strong in the room. Cleanliness is okay at best. And they have the basic amenities, slippers, qtips, toothbrush and shampoo and shower gel. Towels are old and ragged looking. On top of that they only give you 1 key card per room. Regardless how many people you have with you. We didn't try the breakfast and decided that we spend our money outside. I work in a hotel as well and I can sort of guess what kind of offerings they would have for breakfast so I didn't want to chance it and pay for it. This hotel is a 3 star property at best. Overall, our experience was not bad. It was just the price we paid was way over what it has to offer. There is a property across the street, WOODLANDS which offers almost same prices but with much better rooms and amenities. It was enjoyable but I don't think I would stay here again and I live in Bangkok. If the prices were more like a motel, then I would consider it but not at these prices they charge.

I came with my Thai wife, children and her family they were all amazed with the rooms and the facilities and also the food selection for breakfast The pool was excellent and the location was very good The staff were friendly and reception was very attentive Will definitely return later this month

Everything Having to leave

Not much The staff were VERY, VERY RUDE,, they didn't know i spoke thai and my wife is Thai, they were speaking very rudely about all the guests, and we overheard them doing so we went over to them and said we will tell their boss, and they crapped them self's, it seemed like it happened all the time. The worst breakfast, everything was cold, stayed for 2 nights and both breakfasts were cold eg; eggs, ham, sausages, and some of the Thai food. The juice was cordial .

Good

The location is great — quiet and convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Pattaya Beach. The room is clean and comes with standard amenities. Understand the resort have a lot of tree so there are many mosquitoes too. So for family which have kids prepare some spray or something to protect. :)

Staff are allways very friendly and helpful , hotel is in a excellent location

It had a lovely pool and we were in a bungalow which was nice. But of a long walk to breakfast if you have trouble walking and to the shops and restaurants. Although they did food at the hotel until 6pm which they did not inform us about.Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. The walk abc they did not inform us about they did food until 6pm and the fact that we had to be like the Germans and go put towels on bed by 7.30am
