All the hotel staff were amazing. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and friendly. Especially Khun Si at the front desk. Also shout out to the bell boy who took great care of me as well. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool and gym were great as well. Good breakfast! I was very impressed and would love to come back and stay here again with my family

Very beautifull hotel, well trained staff, very good breakfast. There is a shuttle bus to Terminal 21. 10 minutes walking to the beach Water in the swimming pool was cold

The food choices were excellent, with high-quality vegan options, Indian dishes, and a variety of international cuisines. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. During our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance, but we were kindly recommended to use the pool at a nearby hotel, which was very convenient. We also visited the hotel's gym. Although the room was a bit small, it felt comfortable and offered a nice view. The bathroom towels are very old, worn out, and rough. I recommend replacing them.

Services were the outstanding of this hotel. All staffs were kindly helpful. They answered and serviced with smile and full intentions. There were even a guest house for free alcohol on Friday and Saturday. There were underground parking with shade and EV station ports. I did not like the futon, did feel fresh in the morning. I had problem with the EV charger, but mainly my car problem, not the charger. It was not next to the beach, but there was a public beach access on the front road direct to the beach. There were quite some homeless slept on this path.

very clean and very comfortable Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and I arrived at around 4:30 p.m., but when I checked in, I was told, "The room isn't ready yet. It will take about another 30 minutes." So I had to go outside the hotel again. This was a problem because my child was asleep. There was no discount for that. At the breakfast venue, even though there were many sofa seats available, I was shown to a small seat far away.
