The location was great with so many options nearby. The panoramic views were the winners for us during the night and day, the views were great, The check-in, breakfast, washer-dryer, and staff service were all at the hotel next door.

I made a reservation through Booking. I was extending my stay by paying daily. However, they kept increasing the prices, and eventually they also removed the breakfast. Additionally, there is a large factory-like facility across the street. There is a constant ventilation noise coming from there day and night, and if the balcony door is not closed, the noise reaches the room.

the room was big but old - the TV was small - the bed was way too hard for me i could not sleep - wont stay here again the bed was way to hard

Bella Villa Metro Jan 17 - 20, 2026 Price only $43CAD/night. Pool (I didn't use). Good fridge with freezer, which is nice for keeping ice. Has all the amenities I needed. The location was okay, I guess; about a five minute walk to Terminal 21 and from there you can jump on a Baht bus that will take you down Beach Rd. Relatively clean, although it's overdue for a detailed cleaning (edges, corners, etc.). When I first entered the room, it smelled very old and musty. But that seemed to go away after the AC was on for a bit. If you turn the water on too strong you get bits of rust from the old pipes, but fine if you keep the flow low or moderate. Check in was easy enough, although you have to go to the building next door to check in. And the guy at the front desk was about as friendly as an immigration officer having a bad day. Although another fellow came over promptly to help me with my bags, at both check in and check out. There's no one at the front desk of BVM . . . ever, which is my biggest concern, because anyone could walk in off the street. Not that it's busy in this area, but I prefer the peace of mind of having someone at the front desk while I"m away from the hotel. The "sea view" was technically true, but definitely not what the words bring to mind. LOL Lastly, the mattress was really firm, which I didn't mind, really. But the pillows were not only super-firm, but also quite thick. Not a good combo for me, even as a side-sleeper.

The location is very good. Close to beach and Terminal 21. The pool is nice. Very good staff. The room needs a new bed. It was rock hard. The bathroom is very dated and musty. Only 1 of 7 days the shuttle was running.

Stay during the Pattaya Marathon at a conveniently located hotel near the starting point, offering great value for money. Enjoy a beautiful sea view of North Pattaya Beach right from your room—an experience that’s truly worth every baht. Rooms on the 2nd floor with a sea view may experience some noise from the back of house of the neighboring hotel, so the balcony door needs to be kept closed at all times.

The View. Great Staff. Everyone. Other guests respectful not loud. Breakfast. The beds are very clean. Water pressure good and hot water in bathroom sink too. No 7 11 near by. Need to use transportatiom. Bad TV connection Spotty internet/wifi. Would I stay again? Yes!
