Have stayed there a few times, always excellent service from all of the staff that I have encountered. Hotel is in a great location

Wendy was not nice at all everyone else was nice and Dee for breakfast was great and lady that clean are room was great too I think her name was Julie

Liked the pool and location of the hotel

The staff was excellent, especially breakfast staff. Front desk was super helpful answering questions about the area. Warm cookies in the lobby on a stormy afternoon was fantastic! Our room was clean and spacious. Mattresses and sheets were not up to Hilton quality that we usually enjoy; we found the mattresses to be hard and you could feel the springs and the sheets were scratchy. Otherwise, really good stay!

Not sure how this property has an excellent rating. It was just ok. Could use some updates. Between stained carpets and peeling wallpaper, it just looks worn. The A/C unit was loud and woke me up every time it turned on. Temperature of the room oscillated between too hot and too cold rather than maintaining a constant temp. Hampton has always been known to for awesome breakfasts but this one was very disappointing. One of the worst complimentary breakfasts I’ve encountered. They charge a premium rate for the room since it is high season near Myrtle Beach. I’ve stayed in 5 star resorts for the rate they charged. It definitely was not worth the cost.

This location is great for Litchfield/Pawleys Island!!! Staff was professional/friendly!!! Many expressed appreciation for choosing Hampton. Renee at the breakfast room was fantastic!!! Hotel staff - excellent!!!

Great and convenient

Good visit

The property was very pretty and well kept. The inside was nice, breakfasts were great. We were upgraded to a suite. The first room smelled like mold, the king bed was AWFUL. For the price, one would think they would spring for better mattresses!!

Desk staff seemed like she had an attitude. The morning cook seemed angry. Different more pleasant staff. The ones you had seemed entitled and angry. If I have a choice it wouldn’t be around them.

Lampshades were moldy/mildew. Need replacements.

The room was mostly clean. The shower did not drain properly, so you were standing in 2 inches of water by the time your shower was done. Breakfast was maybe a little better than many Hampton's I have stayed at over the years. The staff was super friendly, especially the ladies at breakfast . Proximity to our event at Litchfield by the Sea was excellent. I would stay here again.
