Great spot for a family vaca. Nice pool and great location close to Pawleys. We visit here often. Calm location. Nice staff and rooms

The amenities of several pools, outside and inside, plus beach access with minimal walking make this place excellent.

No amenities open before 10am. Which is absolutely WILD three small kids who wake up at 6:30/7am and we have to wait till 10to use the pool/splash pad and lazy river?? Also super poor design the playground is INSIDE the pool area so you cant use that either. Asked for towels because they gave us three for a family of FIVE, said their guy had already left and we needed to come to registration to get the very far walk to do that with an infant and two toddlers.

I didn’t get the room pictured on the booking or even the bed sizes I choose which was king, 2 doubles and a twin. Instead I got 4 double beds. Not the end of the world but my son and husband are 6 foot so it’s not the most comfortable to sleep with your feet hanging off the bed. The pool, lazy river and splash park looks run down and the pool had heavily chemicals.

Excellent location and space. Such an easy walk to the beach and the pool. It was difficult to keep everything from getting so sandy, but that is life at the beach. We had some issues with the TVs. The one in the bedroom did not work and the one in the living room periodically cut off and we had to wiggle wires to get it to turn back on. This was really only brought to our attention because it rained some and we had to stay indoors. We loved our stay and will be back!

Little far from stores & eating places

The only negative for us was that the elevator wasn't working when we left so we had to carry luggage and coolers down 2 flights of stairs. Not easy for 65 year olds. But I don't believe that is a frequent occurrence.

The place we stayed was decorated beautifully with beach charm. There was plenty of room and we had a big balcony. We were in walking distance from the pool and the ocean. The people are friendly and the food never fails to amaze me. Been here twice now.

Bait and switch, can’t believe a company like would allow a private property owner to market their property as a part of a resort when it is located 2 miles off property. Will not be booking through here anymore, ever.

Not the best and not the worst.

We thought the room was a little small, but overall everything was great. WE WILL BE BACK !!!

The staff was excellent. We stayed in the summer house. I feel like through expedia you really don't understand what you're getting. The summer house is not on the ocean. It's either the pool view or a bit of a pond view. And it's a 5 minute drive to the ocean.

The unit was spacious and had enough space for my family to spread out. The screened in balcony was a great addition. The unit was hard to find, and we got lost twice trying to locate it using our GPS. The night we checked in the gate key was not working and we had to wait about 1 hour for someone to help. The gate key didn't work doing the duration of our stay causing it to be difficult to leave the property and return. Someone walked into our unit twice unannounced, and we killed a roach in the living room. The fan downstairs also made a loud strange noise throughout the house.

I absolutely loved the property and the kids loved the pool and the beach! The bugs in our rental and no dish soap.

Cheap looking interior accessories. Coffee pot disabled . Overhead fan disabled. Needs a coat of paint, bottom of bathroom and tub looked dirty, used towel to stand on and it had dirt on the underside. Severely dissatisfied. Weird internet sign up , each room different … I used internet from two or three door down as ours didn’t work on sign in. Very unsafe system . Limited our stay and left early.

It was not a resort it was a bunch of different hotels, apartments, timeshare rooms. My location they had me at did not have a pool. I was told I had travel to the main lobby for the pool which was 20-30 minutes w traffic away from where I checked in at.

Beds were hard as a rock, pools were dirty

Our Seaside Suite was beautiful and looked like it came straight out of an upscale beach magazine. The pool was great for our 8 year old son and just a quick 2 min drive to beach on property was great. Really nice pickleball courts, restaurants and ice cream shop. Food Lion is right across the street which was perfect for beating the crowds. We travel monthly and are looking forward to returning to Litchfield Properties.

Basic room . It was all we needed short drive through the community to the beach access. Near everything you want.
