The villas bathroom was absolutely bad it had a foul smell because there was a leakage and from the pipe and entire bathroom was foul smelling. Even after spraying room refresher it was bad.

I thought the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Nothing was an issue. Santi at breakfast always had a smile and was just adorable to be greeted by every morning. The breakfast was also amazing each day. I really loved the way they communicate to each room by Whatsapp as it makes it so much more convenient and easy to deal with. Just wasn't walking distance to anything but I believe that is more Ulawatu and not necessarily the hotel. Their shuttle service was very handy.

We loved everything about our stay! The resort’s location is perfect — tucked away from the busy streets, yet only 5–15 minutes from the main beaches and tourist attractions. They also offer a free private shuttle to nearby destinations within 5 km, which was very convenient. The entire team deserves a raise — everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, and we will definitely book here again! ✨

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, providing immediate help for any request through a WhatsApp group. They also offer a really convenient chauffeur service that can take you anywhere within a 5 km radius for free, which was very useful and not something we saw often in Bali. There is no spa, gym, or fitness room at the hotel. The rooms are very close to each other, and you can hear quite a lot of noise from outside. Guests passing by your bathroom can literally hear everything, which affects privacy. The shower design is also a bit inconvenient, with very little space next to the sink to place your things. In addition, the rooms are relatively very small compared to similar hotels we stayed at in Bali. At breakfast, the lovely staff member seemed to be serving all the guests alone, so the food was served quite slowly. They use a coffee pods - first time I saw that in Bali. The location is also somewhat isolated—there are no businesses within a 1 km radius, and it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the main road by walking.

We had a lovely stay with exceptional, smiling staff and a delicious a la carte breakfast. The attention to detail was amazing—my birthday happened to be during our stay, and they noticed the date on my passport without us saying a word. They surprised me with pancakes and room decorations! Highly recommended for the incredible service. :)

The staff were incredibly attentive, always helpful and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Everyone working at the hotel made us feel very welcome and well looked after. The breakfast was very good, with great quality and variety, and the pool area is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Everything in the hotel is very well maintained. The free shuttle service is a big plus and worked perfectly, making getting around very easy and convenient. Overall, everything was outstanding: the service, the facilities, and the atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. A 10 out of 10 experience.

Amazing facilities that were private but tasteful and peaceful. The staff were so accommodating to all our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. The breakfast included was delicious and the free taxi service was a bonus. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and loved the outdoor bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had amazing sleeps. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and would definitely stay here when in Uluwatu again. Nothing!

Room was very cramped. No table or chair. Shower and tap water was salty. Location was pretty out of the way in Uluwatu.

Provided everything we needed- hair dryer, toiletries, water, & friendly staff! Appreciate the free 5 km car ride. Roads surrounding the location are remote and no lights.
