Off a busy street which is hard for driving but it’s not loud at all

Good location on the main road - about 20 minutes to the main area. Amazing staff that go out of the way to assist! The only downside was the damp smell in the room which is common in a lot of Bali properties.

We have not taken any breakfast Customer service is not good , linens need to be renewed.

This place is a total gem. Gorgeous property at an excellent price; the photos don't do it justice. Spacious rooms. Felt at peace here as a solo woman traveler. Booked two nights and ended up staying five more. Also loved the heated pool. Big shoutout to Ronnie, the hotel manager. Funny and made me feel taken care of!

The property itself is spacious and beautifully maintained. I was lucky to get a pool view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s also a great spot for taking photos. The location is convenient too, just a 15–20 minute bike ride to the main streets of Uluwatu. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

Very modern and clean hotel

We had the honeymoon villa and it was perfect! Private pool and spa bath! Breakfast to the villa every morning and cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly! They decorated the pool and spa for my partners birthday (as requested) and did a great job! They put balloons and banners up and got a birthday cake for him. They went above and beyond expectations! If we visit Uluwatu again, we will stay here. Location is good as it is in the middle of all the beaches in Uluwatu!

Exceptional

The room is new, nicely styled and, most importantly, very clean. The bathroom and the balcony are splendid. Bed mattress is a bit off, but not too bad. There is a decent pool available outside. The area of the complex is lush and magnificent. Noise is the crucial issue here. The sound proofing is just awful. It could have easily been avoided if proper entrance doors had be installed. The current ones are supposedly quite thin and have wide gaps on the edges, therefore you can hear voices of people passing by in the corridor as if they were in your room. Constant slamming doors sounds too. Terrible. The staff member Okta was very rude. Other than that, everything was good.

Good location, good price Facilities and Villa seem old and need an upgrade, staff not always available at front desk when needed. Inclusive breakfast not very good needs better preparation and selection. Rooms seem very empty. Shower head needed to be replaced

Everything is brand new and room is clean. They can arrange motorbike for you as well. Breakfast was terrible, if you put that price we expect to have good food and more options (there was no chef, the people were unable to make pancakes or good noodles, everything was served with plastic wrap on top, …) we had to eat outside because of that! Really disappointing…. Pool was new, looks good but was really dirty during the whole stay, not only a lot of leaves but also bugs and others. We had one swim and went straight to the shower after as all the dirt was on us. I hope for the next customers that they will fix all this.
