I liked the layout and set up Needs renovation and also we had some ants in our bathroom in the villa the whole time… food needs improvement as well.

The toilet is smelly. The air conditioner in the room is installed in the wrong place. That’s why it is not cold at all eventhough we set up 16 degrees on the air conditioner. The breakfast is really limited. The water isn’t clean. It makes my son got diarrhea.

Peacefull surroundings and karma atmosphere No access to the sea. Shuttle takes you to a beach but there is no access to be able to swim. The addition pf service charge and tax pn the massage charges. Healthy breakfasr served with no fruit.

Truly enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Also, our 2-floor bungalow was cozy and clean - very nice! Truly recommend staying here. Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Truly a great place.

The ambiance, the facilities, the staff were excellent. Very welcoming, genuine in their desire to help and assist where needed. The pool area was also very good and the kids loved the Games Pool table and table tennis. Food and drinks were also very good and enjoyable. The single beds. I had a family room and my son couldn't sleep in the bed so I had to switch with him and indeed he was right that the bed was very hard to sleep on. The queen size bed in the adult room was lovely. Pillows were also good.

Resort is starting to get a little run down. Air conditioner barely cooled the room. Bathroom was out of date and shower didn't drain and flooded. Bean bags by the pool smell. Yoga was extra cost.

Well kept garden and pools. Many options for breakfast. Extra pay for meal additions and good coffee. Gym exceeded our expectations - it was bigger and better than photos. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom very very small but had everything you need. Also I absolutely loved the smell of their fresh towels! We had very worn out mattresses on arrival. Couldn't sleep well the first night but luckily they changed both mattresses next morning. Room was without balcony. I didn't notice this from the photos beforehand.

Warm and welcoming staff, service was great. Enjoyed the late night dining & room service options, variety of food & drinks, happy hour everyday made the stay even more enjoyable. Location - this place is definitely hidden about 10min - 15min drive from main Uluwatu city centre, however not too hard to order grab or gojek. They offer shuttle service to popular beaches for free and airport shuttle for small fee - suggestion for a shuttle to main city strip in Ulu.

The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant experience. The pool was lovely, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing. The food was excellent, and the facilities met expectations. Overall, great value for a 4-star property. We recommend staying there. The location isn’t very walkable, and phone service could be better. The toilet occasionally had a slight odor, but nothing too concerning. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was pleasant.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great massage, the gym was large and well equipped. Food was tasty and well cooked. The bathroom was a tired, and smelt a little musty.

The hotel, pool, restaurant, staff, and location were all excellent. Despite being immersed in nature, I didn't see any insects. I was really pleased with the shuttle service to the beaches.
