Nothing:) we were so sad to leave!

Everything well maintained, nice view, nice pool, nice looking room There was no place to hang my clothes, no closet or anything. The toilet had a very fishy smell, this was the most unpleasant thing about the stay.
-
The accommodation was very nice. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was spacious and the staff was always kind! Definitely worth it!

Lovely cottages with exceptional typicall Balinese style decor. Very cozy, comfortable and clean. Beautiful garden within resort and swimming pool with a Bar. Fantastic staff, especially Noni, very helpful and nice. The best resort I've ever stayed on Bali. Few minutes ride to resto, bars on narrow, road.

The room is large and comfortable and also the bathroom. Everything is decorating nicely and there is a soft and kind feeling. There were small ants at the room and the water current at the shower was little weak. During the day there were constructions near the hitel but it wasnt too loud.

The place is beautiful and the staff is great. The pool and share area are great. We stayed in 2 different rooms, 7 and 3. 7 was great. 3 is one of the ones that are on the left side of the property and they are next to a construction. So I highly recommend you asking to stay on the front side of the property or on the right side. The rooms on the left were SO noisy. Music all day and construction started at 8am everyday and it was VERY loud. Impossible to continue sleeping loud. Not the best for vacations. But the rooms that are not on that side are very quiet and comfortable.

Nothing. There was some construction sounds when we were there but wasnt so loud at all.

Large pool with poolbar, nice sunbeds. Rooms were nice and neat. Very cozy and friendly staff. They offer no breakfast from the hotel. ( you can order from a local down the street and have it delivered) you need a scooter or take a grab to get into town.

Had a rough introduction to with other bookings in Uluwatu and Jepun Sari saved it by being quite, clean, and had a nice pool area to relax when not at the beach. Recommend getting a scooter to get to your destinations across Uluwatu as it's not near most hubs.

It was really perfect! Eerything was amazing, great location to the centre by bike very near, super friendly staff amazing pool, very stylish and comfy rooms. I really recommend Dreamland beach for sunset :) The only thing was that there was no option to have coffee - or maybe I just missed it by the pool bar :D Also, the hotel was maybe fully booked and on one afternoon there was not enough sunbeds, but then I just got the bean bag which was fine too :D

Everything was perfect, except the bed linen in my room wasn’t clean, it had a lot of spots on it

There was a power outage in Bali during our stay. The hotel did not have a generator and as a result there was no electricity or water. This happened 2 days in a row. This is not the hotels fault, however they did not provide any sort of support to the guests. Poor customer service from staff. When asked for a partial refund as there was no electricity for basically 2 days, they said no. Very disappointing as this property has good potential. The Poole was also very dirty. Lots of ants in room. This was cleaned promptly after it was pointed out.

Can’t say enough about the staff. Great service on all fronts. Everyone went above and beyond to help me when I got sick too. The location is not far from uluwatu’s main road. I suggest renting a scooter or using grab. There’s not restaurants you can walk to either but delivery service is super easy and fast. I would definitely stay here again.

The best experience I had staying in the Bingin Beach area, and staying at Jepun Sari. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Sati, the Villa Manager and the staff who have given me unforgettable memories. I will definitely visit again. A little addition if the Villa can add a generator service especially in the event of an uncontrollable power outage, it will be very helpful. Luckily, Villa manager and staff were able to manage the unfortunate experience, they deserves big rewards! :) Thank you Jepun Sari. Highly recommended.

Shower pressure in my room was low but they came to fix it quickly.
