The vibe, the concept, and the staff’s hospitality is truly special. Honestly the room felt a little outdated and musty, so maybe a little more upkeep or cleaning of the AC system?

I LOVED ever about it. The staff was so so friendly and instantly did any request. They were absolutely Amazing!! There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like.

The location and the pools are amazing, the room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the food in the restaurant really very exquisite. It's walking distance from the beach and many restaurants. My husband got sick during the stay and the staff was very helpful and caring all the time. They helped us get to the clinic, made sure he could follow the special diet he needed to follow and monitored his progress. After check out, they kept our luggage and allowed us to stay in the facilities and take a shower before taking our 26 hour flight back home. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was great, nothing to add or change. Excellent value for money.

Their attention to detail was amazing. They even supplied pink PJ’s, water bottles and pink umbrella. At night your bed was turned down and you were left some biscuits and a surprise. Breakfast was amazing- great selection and top class Not a fan of Uluwatu - but couldn’t fault the hotel

Aesthetics and staff’s hospitality Had some aircon issues that couldn’t be solved during my 3 night stay but other aspects went beyond and above so it didn’t really bother me

We chose their Intimate Space Room and it exceeded our expectations. The room is incredibly spacious, spotless and very comfortable especially the bed. One of our favourite parts of the stay was the daily surprises left in the room. They are all thoughtful, useful and accompanied by kind notes. I won’t reveal any more details as it’s part of the charm ? The entire property is clean and the pool being open 24/7 is another big plus, and just perfect for a late-night dip. Breakfast was exceptional every day and throughout the day you can enjoy little extras like 3 different kinds of infused water and even a couple of complimentary alcoholic drinks which is such a nice touch. They also have a spa on-site and it’s genuinely excellent, so I highly recommend treating yourself while you’re there. The staff here are some of the kindest people we encountered during our 3-week trip in Bali. A special thank you to Ayu and Benjamin, you both are amazing with great hearts and always ready to help with anything ?

Lovely quaint property. The staff all knew me by name and delivered excellent service. They were genuinely caring. I lived the pools, the penthouse room was spectacular! The restaurant was great - the breakfast was very generous and the staff is to0 notch!!

The bathroom doesn’t have enough ventilation and lights in the room are too dim so it’s hard to do our makeup as ladies

Great location, comfortable rooms. Good food at the restaurant. Definitely recommend, one of the friendliest and unique hotels I've ever stayed in. The fact that I had to leave early.i will definitely be back!

I loved everything about the pinkcoco hotel! It’s my favorite color so that’s why I booked it. The staff was AMAZING and so accommodating! The free ice cream was a plus. I wish I got more of it! My room was gorgeous and they little gifts for the turn down service at night was so cute! When I come back to uluwatu, this is exactly where I am staying again!

Exceptional service! We stayed here for 4 nights in Uluwatu and the staff went above and beyond for my sister and I. We loved all the nightly surprises and everyone we spoke to was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, secure, clean, very Barbie-pink, and the best location in Uluwatu! Tons of restaurants, shops, and spas all within a 5-10 minute walk. From being picked up from the airport by our friendly driver, communicating with Eva and Ben/front desk, speaking with the kind hotel manager, nice housekeepers, and every service worker, we were shown great hospitality in all aspects. For our first time in Bali, our expectations were exceeded and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay and I hope you guys continue being the best! ??

Based on reviews we've hoped for orgies and stuff, but nothing happened :(( Very small room, well the size isn't an issue but there was no storage room. No closet or something.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and loved it just as much as the first. The design is beautiful, full of pink details and greenery, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. My room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool. Breakfast was excellent with a great menu selection and no buffet, which I really appreciated. The staff were kind, attentive, and made the stay feel special with thoughtful little touches. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Uluwatu. N/A
