This hotel is truly wonderful. The staff is there at every turn to help and get you anything you need. We did get a massage at the hotel and it was one of the best we have ever had. Also, the restaurant was phenomenal. With the room you get a breakfast each day and can choose from anything on the menu. We also ate at the restaurant for one evening. They had live music and a happy hour that went until 9pm on Wednesdays with buy 1 get 1 delicious cocktails. The view, the rooms, staff, pool, spa, location (you can walk to the beach) all just incredible. There is not a single thing. This hotel is great.

Amazing staff, great location, and awesome views. My favorite part was the restaurant attached to the hotel which was open late ~11p so I could get late dinner. Room was simple and clean, they had scooter rentals, welcome drinks upon check-in, and even helped me keep luggage for late check out. Amazing Balinese hospitality :) Pretty much no complaints other than some roommates ? in the bathroom, but this was expected considering Bali is in the tropics

Absolutely everything was perfect

The staff were super friendly and the service was amazing. The room was really clean, and they even treated it daily to keep insects away. The pool was beautiful with a great jungle view. Breakfast had lots of variety and everything tasted good. Even though it’s not an adults-only hotel, it felt like one during our stay since most guests were couples. Overall, it was very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommend it. The towel drying could be better, as sometimes the towels had a slight damp smell.

Clean, quite, the staff is amazing, super friendly.

Had the best stay ever, ended up extending for another week after because of the amazing stay, service, location, room, the property is amazing!

8 rooms plus a penthouse above restaurant, extremely well designed, staffed and managed. Easy to meet people and avoid when not in mood. Best kitchen anywhere nearby. An ADULT place, or for the young and hip who appreciate quality. Mosquitoes, but they’re everywhere. The general neighborhood sux, but that’s just Bali and this place is an oasis.

Everything was really good, the staff were attentive, caring and super kind. The pool was excellent and so were the massages at the spa. The food too was on a different level both in quality, quantity and variety. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. The room was clean and packet with little touches that made the experience even better. Our only regret was that we run out of cash and we were unable to leave a higher tip to the staff at the end of our stay.

Beautiful room, great food from the restaurant and a wonderful staff! The pool was clean and refreshing, the AC works great! The water pressure in the shower was not good but it was hot!

The Elementum is like a small gem hidden in the labyrinth of Uluwatu and close to Dreamland beach. We stayed in the suite which is atop the entrance hall and dining area, overlooking the pool and lodges and offering a phantastic view towards the ocean. The suite was incredibly spacious and offered all amenities we could want and then some. The bed was one of the best beds we've slept in. Natural light would fill the whole room during the day. Unfortunately, my friend got sick. Fortunately the staff at Elementum really knows how to treat their guests. Hendra (the manager) helped us call a doctor in one of the best clinics and he even gave us his private number to contact him anytime. We had to stay one day longer and there was no problem for the booking. The waiters were bringing us the food to the room almost every day, because my friend had to rest in bed. I tried 3 different massages (aromatherapy, facial treatment and foot reflexology) and they were all good and affordable. Sometimes some food ingredients were missing or were out of stock in the kitchen for breakfast and lunch/dinner, so we had to choose a different meal or drink that was available. But this was an issue in other cafes and restaurants outside the hotel, too.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and accommodating I would name individuals but they were all so good. Breakfast included, juice, coffee and one item off the menu is a good way to start the day. AC not pointing at the bed is good, still super cold. Laundry was reasonable 30k per kilo. Really Really good morning coffee - Bali beans I believe. So close to beaches, restaurants and the gyms. Only Bali sockets in my room, bring an adapter or get one down the road at the supermarket for 4AUD

Amenities nice. Location great. Coffee poor, staff slow to respond. Mostly I got food poisoning from spoiled cream cheese on my breakfast. Then next morning my partners breakfast also had spoiled likely milk. Luckily she did not each much. I was subsequently sick for three days of my trip.

The shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom. Not a lot of privacy in room do to door opening to pool area
