Stunning location with amazing facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with carrying our suitcases and helping us in and out. The hotel is very modern, with excellent food and drink facilities. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. It’s very hard to say anything negative about our stay. However, we did find the lighting in the room quite dim, which made it a little difficult to get ready in the evenings. It was manageable, but it’s something worth considering for future guests. Overall, this was only a minor issue and did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience.

Stayed 5 different villas during our trip to Bali but Jellyfish is the one we cannot forget. Really exceltional. Rooms are so good. You can feel that Bali vibe all around. They covered every little detail in the rooms as well. Anti bug stuff, earplugs, slippers, safe you name it. Staff was really helpful and kind as well. Pool is very cozy as well just lay down and chill.

The stay was perfect. We liked everything—the villa, the large comfortable bed, the restaurant, the food, and the pool. Special thanks to Gusan, Hendra, and Dicky! Very kind people! Thank you

The villa has a really calm and relaxing vibe, perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet. The atmosphere is great and everything felt comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The bathroom design uses semi-open roster walls, which may feel slightly less private for some guests. Because of the layout, the outdoor seating area can be close to other rooms' bathrooms, so it can feel a bit awkward at times even without any direct view. Not a big issue, just something to be aware of.

There were cows across the street from the Villa that you could hear often sometimes throughout the afternoon over the night.

The overall location in Bingin Overall, very noisy, uncomfortable, and absolutely not worth the high price. Out of our wonderful holiday in Bali, this was the only hotel we truly did not enjoy. The villa is completely exposed to outside noise – roosters, motorbikes, and people talking all night made it impossible to sleep. Most of the time there was no hot water in the shower, and the water pressure was very weak. The room was not clean. After a sleepless night due to the constant noise, we asked to be moved to another room, but the staff refused. When we then requested a refund for the remaining nights so we could leave, they also declined. Also there was nobody to guide us to the reception when we arrived with our luggage, and we had to find it on our own. Not recommended!

Good room at an affordable price, close to interesting places and with very helpful staff. Shower could have more trees around it outside for better privacy

We had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious and clean with good amenities including a private pool. Staff were great too. The main pool area is nice and the villas are a short walk to the Main Street with plenty of cafe and restaurant options. Nothing

Great food and vibe had a blast The roosters in the morning are loud but earplugs provided so blocked it out

A Very Unpleasant Experience I Had Yesterday: I was sitting at Bangkok airport between my second and third flights, waiting for departure. Suddenly, I received a notification from Kaspi Bank stating that a large sum of money (around USD 1550) had been withdrawn from my card for a payment at some online store in Vietnamese dong. At first, I didn’t understand what was happening. I immediately opened the app, blocked the card, and started frantically searching for a way to contact customer support. I found the support chat and wrote to them. They asked, "Do you have your card with you?" Automatically, I replied, "Yes," but then I checked my belongings—turns out, the card wasn’t with me. I started recalling when I last used it. The last time I used the card was for an online payment just the day before, while lying in bed at my villa in Bali. I was booking an upgraded seat for my return flight. Amid the chaos of my last day there and dealing with work matters from Kazakhstan, I thought I had put the card back in my wallet. But apparently, I didn’t—I must have left it lying on the bed. I then went out to eat, as I hadn’t eaten yet, and it was already quite late—around 4 PM local time. After returning, I got immersed in preparing for my flights (I had four flights in two days—I like to prepare everything in advance, download movies for the journey, etc.). It never even crossed my mind that my card wasn’t in my wallet—I assumed it was safely inside, and the wallet was in my backpack. In short, I contacted the bank to request a chargeback. They said they would respond by March 3rd, but I have little hope for a positive outcome. Another point—the card was stolen, and the only possible suspect is a hotel staff member, as they were the only ones who had access to my room after my payment.

Great location. Staff were fantastic. Food was particularly lovely alongside a number of nice touches e.g. daily snack, drink and happy hour drinks! Pool was amazing and a great place to chill. I'd highly recommend this place to stay. I have zero complaints / things we disliked.
