i really like how staff are helpful in many ways and also the room was always clean, but the lack on english was making it a bit difficult to communicate sometimes the additonal prices were way too high comparing to places around, especially the spa prices extremely high and what you see on the catalogue is not the real prices they add taxes. we stayed there for 11 days approx but we had to make a reservation for everyday because we didn’t like the food and prices. Even if it’s near the ocean you can’t really see the ocean. It was my first time in bali next time this hotel is not in my options anymore.

Excellent breakfast, location and facilities. Private beach is unique. Delay at the check-in, but the room was upgraded as "compensation", so this actually resulted in a highlight.

The service was excellent — staff were welcoming, attentive, and very professional throughout the stay. The pool area and overall resort vibe were perfect for enjoying sunsets and relaxing by the ocean. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. A perfect place to end the trip in comfort and style.

Nice resort, very kind staff and good breakfast. It is not (anymore) a real 5 star hotel but this is reflected also in the price that compared to other hotels in the area is lower. The road to get to the hotel is quite difficult to drive.

A large property with amazing food and excellent customer service from all levels of staff It’s a 12min walk from the hotel to the end of the driveway which has very minimal lights at night. I would recommend the hotel offer a shuttle bus to and from the hotel and the main road

The rooms are big and it has a big pool. The aesthetics are nice and it does feel like a very calm place away from the chaos. This is our second time staying here (November 2022 was our first). The main strip of Laban sait is very easy to walk to from the hotel. The property has a lot of wasted space. There should be more than one pool such as having a standalone adults only pool and an additional pool for children. There’s also a lack of “vibe” at the hotel. It feels very sleepy hollow and not a lot going on. The restaurants are quite empty most of the time (except the breakfast which we thought had gotten worse since our last stay in November 2022). I think it would be boring to stay here for longer than 1-2 nights
