Overall, the hotel had some strong positives. On the plus side, the room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, and a great shower. Having a dedicated sunbed was also a really nice touch to relax by the pool. The biggest issue during my stay was the WiFi. It stopped working after the first night and was unavailable for the rest of the stay which would have been fine if the staff acknowledged the issue. When I raised this with staff, they repeatedly insisted it wasn’t their fault and initially suggested that both myself and another guest were using it incorrectly (wrong password, etc.), which delayed any real attempt to resolve the issue for over 24 hours. What was most disappointing was the lack of ownership or customer care. Even when it became clear the problem wasn’t on our end, there was no real effort to fix it promptly, no updates, and no goodwill gesture offered if it couldn’t be fixed. On the final morning, I was also reminded during breakfast that there were only 45 minutes until checkout which just felt unnecessary and added to the overall sense of unhelpful, slightly frustrating service. A comfortable stay physically, but let down by poor handling of basic service and guest experience.

We have already submitted clear photo evidence showing: - Hygiene issues (insects in the room) - Lack of electricity and water - Proof of early check-out and relocation These conditions made the room clearly uninhabitable. Additionally, the property has already provided a partial refund in cash, which itself confirms that there was an issue during our stay. Therefore, we kindly but firmly request a re-evaluation of our case. Please escalate this matter to a senior team and review the evidence again. We expect a fair resolution, including: - Correction of the incorrect “no-show” status - Full refund for the unused nights If necessary, we are prepared to escalate this matter further through formal channels. Location and outdoor area

Loved the intimate aspect of the resort. The added bonus was it being adults only. Each room had their own special access to the pool which was a nice touch. The breakfast was top notch and so delicious! The only thing I wish Kalia had were more locations! It’s a such a shame a beautiful resort only had one spot.

Awesome property well looked after great staff that cared about you and your stay couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to be. Didn’t really leave the property it was so nice.

The accommodation is really beautiful and set up so the rooms (especially our room) has privacy. Each room has it's own pool bed which is great because after a long hot day out, you don't have to fight for a pool bed. The happy hour cocktails were great, the breakfast was delicious, and we ordered lunch by the pool too which was delicious! It was the best place we stayed in Bali, the bathrooms are super clean and the location is fantastic!

The king size tanning bed was definitely the highlight, it was so comfortable that we could easily spend the whole day there. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a lot of character and surrounded by a stunning landscape that makes the place feel peaceful and private at the same time. The natural breeze that flows through keeps the atmosphere fresh and relaxing, so you never feel too hot. The bathroom and the room were exceptionally clean, and despite having an outdoor bathroom, it always felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more enjoyable. The room was a little smaller than expected and the air conditioning could have been stronger, but these were very minor compared to the overall experience.

Amazing facilities with comfortable rooms and great service. They offer a very tasty and wide selection of breakfast options, the pool area is super nice and the staff is very helpful and accommodating! We’ll definitely come back. Nothing, just be aware that the bathroom (at least ours) is an outdoor bathroom, but it’s very private and modern.

They had moped bikes you could rent for super cheap and it was the BEST way to get around Uluwatu. My husband and I had so much fun beach hopping. We also loved the food, loved the staff, our room, the privacy, and we enjoyed the 90 minute body scrub/massage. We would love to come back! Nothing, it was absolutely perfect.

It’s beautifully designed and like a little oasis. My room was big and i chose one with the bath, a must have!
