Great food, excellent facilities, and a perfect location. The other tourists were also very pleasant. There were many cultures represented, and a strong sense of respect among everyone. The food was the best, with lots of choices thanks to the well-organized buffet.

Pool and restaurant. Not for families. Karaoke every night till 00:00-01:00. You cannot sleep and they dont care.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean very tidy, the pool area was great and very calm not too noisy. There were fun activities every night, loved the 80's song guessing games. There needs to be a clear sign for cars as it was not obvious that there is a parking place right next to it.

We had an excellent stay at Anna Family. The cleanliness was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The room, bathroom, and all common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Everything smelled fresh and was organized perfectly. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay because of the high standards of hygiene.

The mattress was in bad condition, and our shower hose leaked water outside the shower cabin. Even though we asked for it to be repaired, it wasn’t fixed.

The price was really fair when compared with their offer. They had a really nice breakfast & dinner, daily room cleaning, overall a very positive experience.

As a note, there is a distance from the hotel to the beach and also in our room we had a problem with the internet

The staff are kind and genuinely welcoming. Especially Ana, at the reception, who greets us very warmly and makes us feel like a valued guests every time we stay in the hotel. Thank you.

At check in staff were not pleasant. We booked 2 rooms and they constantly want it to put us on a same room until they figure it out after an hour.

During the dinner there is no juice in the machine. The machine was only used in the Morning Breakfast.
