Rude staff and not good enough adminstration

The staff are amazing. Whatever they can do to help - they do it. I made a mistake while booking, and they could have left us hanging, but they went out of their way to help us, and this made our vacation even better. The facilities are also great and clean. 100% recommend!

It was spacious enough the bathroom the room and the balkony. Although it was off season its a quiet spot. I could fancy a better pillow but i was on vacation and enjoyed it.

Pictures of hotel look better than actual. Location is the one thing we did like. Pefkohori Is a beautiful town. Walking distance to stores restaurants beach. Water clean. People are friendly but restaurants seem overwhelmed and can take a long time to serve you. Otherwise food was delicious. Best Gyros at the smaller fast food places. Pictures of hotel look better than actual. Small pool but one of the only hotels that has a pool. No parking at hotel, small lot 4 blocks away, always full, hard to park. Streets of the town are tiny. Room clean but next day found crawling bugs in bathroom. Staff cleans every other day and replenish towels when asked. No beach towels. No hair fans had to ask front desk. Kitchen has sink and small electric burner and small fridge. Buy drinking water, water salty from faucet. Front desk lady nice, but not too helpful. WiFi free but the worst very spotty. Whole city had terrible WiFi. Water beautiful and clean but hardly any beach to sit on; sand full of cigarette butts and bottle caps and other garbage; restaurants take over the beach sand in the evening. Basically you rent a lounger for 25 to 30 euro per day! We're told we won't in peak season so that's why it was so full. Do your research before you book, we didn't.

The apartment was inside a hotel, yet it was not cleaned even once during our 4-night stay. There were some utensils, but no coffee machine, which would have been a basic convenience. The toiletries were not enough for 5 days, and we even had to take out the trash ourselves. The room was listed for 5 people, but it was clearly not suitable for that many. We stayed as 3 instead. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The breakfast was very good and even the staff who take care every morning were kind and attentive to the customers. I A little disappointed because the interior does not look like the photos. In the bathroom I expected it to be bigger and with a window, but in reality it was small and without a window. The shower cabin had a dirty protective curtain at the bottom and in the evening you also had a roach coming out of the drain. The room had old wardrobes with cracked surfaces, there were blood marks on the walls from possible mosquitoes and I even had a slipper mark on the wall. The breakfast was very good and even the staff who take care every morning were kind and attentive to the customers. I could say less about the lady at the reception, she may have been the boss, I don't know exactly who gave me the keys and showed me the entrance to the hotel and to go upstairs but she didn't come with us to the door presents the camera. She was perhaps tired after a whole season with many tourists. One more thing, I have never seen a hotel with the electric panel in the room where a child can even open it. It's a shame I would have come back if everything was like in the photos on the booking! Too bad.

Clean, simple and comfortable. Perfect location - a 1 minute walk to the beach and sea. Friendly staff. Very simple but pleasant breakfast. Clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast could have been more exciting but it was fine

Proximity to the beach,clean towels,we got an upgrade and great staff is something everyone wants. And, they gave us early check in and late check out free of charge. The hotel is a bit outdated,by the staff is so helpful. They don't have a parking for many cars next to the hotel,but an organized and safe parking 200m from there in Adonis luxury village. Pool bar with decent prices,very good breakfast. They all speak English,yay The hotel is older but very well maintained.
