N/A Not clean, toilet broke, very noisy

Cleanliness. It was by far the biggest issue. The place is completely lacking in hygiene. The bathroom, shower, and toilet all have serious cleanliness and sanitation problems. Except for the last day, our towels never smelled clean. They may not have even been changed, even though folded towels were left in the room every day. Breakfast is exactly the same every single day, with almost no variety. You might occasionally find a different style of eggs or etc. For the price, we didn’t expect much. But basic hygiene is something every guest should be able to expect.

The two ladies at the reception were also very friendly and helpful. I had a small injury on my toe and they kindly assisted me with the first aid kit and gave me a plaster. I chose this hotel because I saw that it had a restaurant and a beach, but unfortunately this part did not meet my expectations. The staff at the beach and in the café/restaurant were not very service-oriented, even though there were many of them. I waited around 35 minutes just for a coffee in the café. The restaurant also had very limited options. There was basically only a burger available and no proper menu for vegans or vegetarians. Breakfast was also quite limited, mostly bread/pastries and eggs, with almost no suitable vegan or vegetarian options. In practice, I had only fruit such as bananas and cherries for breakfast.

Very good place with an excellent staff who will find solutions for everything. The location, the beach are very beautiful, everything is perfect.

The location of the property was ideal for our family vacation. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating The process for the sunbeds at the beach can be a bit more organized.

great location no hot water they have problem with water heater but the staff offered a solution because we were with small baby

The room was cleaned every day, the beach is close to hotel, breakfast was good, sunbeds of the hotel were really comfortable.

Location only Everything is outdated,ac not working properly,small bathrooms,not clean.We made a reservation for sun beds they ignored our reservation and every day we had to struggle and scramble on two sun-beds.Organization 0.They we’re giving out priority to people who weren’t staying in the hotel.Disappointment!!!

Nice hotel at the end of Pefkohori. Free and good WiFi. Free parking . Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great location and beautiful beach in front of the hotel. Good for family holiday. Access with baby stroller can be tricky.
