Hotel has great location in the middle of the island makes it having both the nice sea with amazing breakfast on the sea at the same time it is not very far from harbor. A little bit expensive but at the end you get what you pay for.

From the moment you step on the property till the moment you leave the place is amazing. Loved loved loved the turn down service. The room was so beautiful. Every staff member knew our names!! So sad to leave Only thing we did not like was the dinner in their upscale restaurant. We ordered duck and short ribs they were tough. Although the presentation was beautiful.

Pondok Santi is just beautiful. It is an oasis of Indonesian tranquility & calm in the otherwise busy, touristy island of Gili T. Best bit of our stay was hands down the staff here. Everyone - reception, bar, restaurant, beach, gardeners etc… greeted you with a smile. Exceptionally well trained too - very efficient! We travelled as family with 2 early teens. Family ocean view villa was very spacious & well equipped. They loved the complimentary paddle boards - saw turtles. Infinity pool set back from the road, plenty of padded sun loungers, with pillows, very comfy, loads of Bali beds fitted around the estate, never busy. Huge, perfectly manicured grounds. Lovely cocktails, great food, pizza oven - delicious. Huge breakfast taken on the beach every morning (choose from room, beach or pool). Loads of choice, excellent quality.

Spacious rooms, extraordinary garden area, great beach area ( eating breakfast while watching turtles is just amazing). Very delicious food for dinner, breakfast and lunch, every meal we had was excellent. -

Pondok Santi Estate is pure luxury, even in the midst of a storm! We stayed for five nights, three of which were marked by a cyclone with torrential rain and strong winds—but despite the weather, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The beautifully appointed rooms have everything you need, including lovely outdoor bathrooms that add to the tropical charm. The staff went above and beyond, always addressing us by name and ensuring we were well taken care of. Service was flawless—attentive, warm, and truly five-star. Dining on the beach was a highlight, with both breakfast and dinner offering a perfect mix of delicious food and stunning ambiance. The restaurant itself is superb, serving high-quality meals with impeccable service. We also indulged in the in-room massage service, which was outstanding—one of the best we’ve had. The estate’s grounds are breathtaking, with lush gardens, peaceful gazebos, and a large, warm pool with comfortable seating to relax in. Everything was spotlessly clean and maintained to the highest standard. Even with challenging weather, Pondok Santi Estate delivered an unforgettable experience. This is a true high-end retreat where the staff simply cannot do enough for you. Highly recommended!

The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We were very warmly greeted on arrival. We loved the private beach area and restaurant on the beach. Service was excellent; staff tried very hard to ensure we had a great experience. The music played at the beach restaurant and bar was exceptionally well curated and strongly contributed to our experience. We will always remember our stay at Pondok Santi. The secondary pool was not as clean as the main pool. The grass wasn’t mowed near the hill view accommodation. I can’t stress enough though how minor these issues were in the broader context of our experience.

Everything was perfection. The rooms were perfect. The grounds were so well kept and beautiful. The pool area was spotless and so lovely. The property has a luxurious feel to it. We cycled around the whole island and this was the property that has the wow factor. It feels like a 5* resort and to pair with the lovely staff that go above and beyond to make your stay great… heaven! We will be back. For the 5* property the bikes were terrible, very tired they need replacing and upgrading
