Pool/ friendly staff Breakfast took way too long ….also the service wasn’t too great.

There could have been little towels. The doors were a bit tricky to lock

Room was ok Resort under construction. Noisy workmen early morning. No bar facility. One pool available but not up to standard. Garden bathroom not up to standard. Sink kept blocking and toilet working intermittently.

Nothing was acceptable. This is not a resort, this is just a construction site, definitely a SCAM: see my photos. They didn't clean the room. Air conditioning was not working. The only "swimming pool" available is a pond to be honest and the only one using is a crab. Every other resort of Gili T. is better.

I had a very serious problem with a hernia when i was staying there and the staff was unbelievable helpfull with evething. I dont know what i would have done without them… thank you so much for everything

Property wasn’t as described, front of the resort was under major construction. No pool, no bar area and our original room was non existent. However, we were upgraded to a nice villa with private pool. This was a fair compensation and the staff were lovely.

We lived for 5 days in a hotel where they were doing renovations and heard the sound of a hammer. On the last day, the hotel staff asked us to pay for the room and threatened to call the police. We previously paid for the room on booking

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our private pool. Aircons was great. Big spacious open plan areas. The main pool bar and second pool bar was not staffed or in working condition. The main pool was a bit dirty with toiletpaper lying around. The place, restaurant and pool was a bit quiet and empty, felt like we were the only guests there.

Beautiful, spacious, clean 2BR Villa with Pvt Pool. Strategic location in a quiet and uncrowded area, but at the same time only about 7-10 min bike ride from the centre. Although we walked from the harbour, a horse cart to the hotel is available for 100k IDR. Daily housekeeping. We went in the shoulder season and the beach infront of the Hotel away from the crowds felt like our very own private space. The ocean was gorgeous in the evening. Functional restaurant/bar on the beach with very nice music and vibe and helpful staff made it a great place to chill until about 9 pm before heading out to the centre. 4 Beach beds for hotel guests.

Exceptional

Where to begin, everything was exceptional!! The trip of a lifetime, cannot recommend enough. The room was out of this world, the location, the food, the staff, the attention to detail the overall feel, all just blew my mind. That I had to leave!

The staff were amazing especially Ram who we said was the nicest and happiest man we have ever met. They all remembered our names which was a nice touch. Nothing was too much trouble. The villas we stayed in were fantastic. It has outside showers so there are a few bugs but nothing not to be expected being in Indonesia.

Fantastic, chilled/laid back place that has just everything you want (we’ve seen happiest families, couples & solo travelers); wave/surfschool right in front; it’s quiet in the night and for the day you just rent a bicycle from the neighborhood and get around everywhere fast; sand under your feet at breakfast; turtles in the morning to swim with (when the tide is still high), bit shyer/smaller/faster than on turtle beach but you get them alone instead of with tons of other snorkelers. It’s worth it to upgrade to a pool villa (also because of the low tide around the Gilis starting lunch/afternoon), they are terrific!! We were sad to leave after 2 nights, we’ll be back fo sure!! Nothing, this place is perfect!!! Just a tip to travelers on the Gilis: bring water shoes. If you do get a deeper reef cut like me, get it checked out - they recommended Villa Ombak up the road has a medical unit, I paid a small fee for getting the consultation & antibiotic cream.

Lovely big rooms. Nice comfy bed and very clean.Nice breakfast and fabulous view whilst eating. Could see turtles swimming by and great view of Lombock. Had to wait till 2pm to get into room. Husband was not well so hoping to get in a little early so he could lay down.

The location. The Villa was beautiful. The Living room should add another vibe.

Very accommodating, happy and humorous staff with a high sense of service. Had originally booked three nights but enjoyed it so much that we stayed two more nights. Fantastic breakfast and very good food from the grill. Good quiet location, nice pool and with the sea right outside.

- Great location, short walk to sunset point, restaurants, boat harbour - Lovely pool (very strong chlorine, discoloured our bikinis slightly so beware) - Massive room with great AC and ceiling fan. Smart TV with Netflix log in was lovely. Bathroom also massive with good shower and toiletries, shaving kit, sewing kit and bathrobes - Great wifi connection and plenty plug sockets in room including a 3 UK plugs which was a nice touch - Very friendly staff and a free glass of juice for us on arrival - Good breakfast included in price, not loads of variety but enough if you’re just staying for a few days. Breakfast on the beach was lovely - Service at breakfast was quite slow and we had to leave before we’d finished our food despite getting there in good time before our boat. Our orders were normally slightly wrong however staff were apologetic
