The upper balcony has netting so you can sit above the street and be cooler, listen to music and people watch. Great staff and pool is secluded from the street ? Nothing. Loved it all.

Location was great, short walk from the ferry harbour, and although not far from the bars it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, fruit very fresh. The staff were very helpful and put a desk into our room so that he could work. The pool was wonderful, and secluded from the main drag, with a few lounges to relax on and a good temperature. We did book in advance, but when we got there, we realised if we booked just before or on arrival it would have cost us half the price for the January period. They provided towels but NO face towels or hand towels, and the soaps in the bathroom were confusing 1 of them had soap on a label, an the other one was blue with NO label, so not sure what that was for.? We were surprised the lead in room did not have a fridge, which is rare in Asia but at least the deluxe room did have a fridge which we feel is essential however this room did not have a full length mirror and the light in the bathroom was quite dim for doing makeup.

My hotel was by far the filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in, other peoples hair throughout my bed, stained pillows and sheets, toenail clippings on the floor and random stains all around the rest of the room

The customer service was amazing Mukim and all the staff here are kind and helpful with big smiles on their faces , hotel is beautiful and clean in a great location

The staff is very friendly. Breakfast options. The view of the breakfast is amazing. But the food is not good. There are few options of breads, none are good. They make you choose between juice or fruits, not both. I don’t know how much they save with this. And there are some a la carte options, not good as well.

Near to harbour so easy to travel in night after parties There was bed bugs, and it bit me so bad. The staff didn’t fix it.

Great location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast on the beach was lovely! The room felt very small and cramped. There was a lot of damp on the walls. The floor in the bathroom got completely soaked every time the shower was used.
