There are ants in my room, and also the towel is very old. No shampoo and conditioner just the body shower

Aircond in wrong side of room and very near to double bed and blocks single bed, people parking in the middle blocking other ppl to park even reception says can park 2 cars..shd hv any staff to assist...

Good location in central George town but away from the tourist streets. Our room was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is located 20m from Siam road char kway teow, perhaps the best char kway teow in town. Don’t miss!! Our room did not have a window, which was not apparent on booking.com as far as I could tell when the booking was made. Other rooms had windows though so make sure to double check before if important to you.

Mattress cave-in badly, no support to provide good sleep. One of the compressor is super noisy, Everytime is turn-on, the whole floors like shaking and super annoying even i wash wearing an ear plugs.

The location is strategic and it connects to all. A lot of ants in the room and the mattresses are old. No hair dryer despite it is stated there will hair dryer.

Location is strategic and is at the heart of the Georgetown. Staff is friendly. The room is clean. The rate is interesting and value for money Room come with a mini refrigerator, and hotel is equipped with lift. Parking is available at the hotel, but limited. Can get roadside parking or paid open parking along the road. The bed and pillow is abit too soft, but can request extra pillow from hotel. The hotel is modify from the old building, hence the room is small, but enough for stay.

The parking is terrible. Not enough parking. and the front entrance parking is horrible the car have to go through a big hump The blanket is old
