The young chinese male staff (sorry, I forgot the name) supporting the front desk was indeed very helpful and polite in greeting and directling us to our room. We were given a room with bed type that we requested. Extremely convenient to great eatery places and nearby Queen Bay shopping mall was just a 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The bathroom shower's water pressure is really low and the hot/cold water mixing valve didn't function well. You will have difficulty in toggling the mixing valve postion to get the desired water tempaerature. The air-con fan speed seems to be same for speed 1, 2, 3. The room temperature adjustment dial doesn't function properly, there is no diffrent to set room temparature to 26 degree C or 20 degree C, or even 18 degree C, it made no differences and need to turn it off completely as the room temperature was extremly cold and the room temperature adjustment dial generated disturbing noises during midnight.

We have been staying here for a few times over the years. Each time has been a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and nice. Rooms were well suited - adequate sized, nice deco and comfy beds. The lounge was, as usual, nicely done. However, it was closed due to the presence of some VIP. The facility was moved to the bar on ground floor. All was good

We have been staying here for a few times due to close proximity to Queensbay Mall and surrounding areas. As expected, rooms were nicely furnished and clean, suitably sized and nice deco. Breakfast spread was good. The executive lounge was good as well. However, the lounge was closed due to VIP presence. As such the lounge was moved to ground floor. Staff was helpful.

Went there for 1 night completely for relaxation. The atmosphere is peaceful and the bed is comfortable. Love how dark it gets when the curtains are closed, i slept very comfortably
