pls cek earlier the room if the aircond not function . Luckily we have replacement room , if not vry hot indeed , Do cek earlier room aircond and clean up the dust tq

THE AIR COND WAS GOOD AND WORKING WELL BUT REALLY DONT NEED SUCH A BIG AIR COND FOR A SMALL ROOM OF 207 . and the entrance to the toilet is very narrow especially for fat people or with big bellies . as it would be hard to get in to the toilet . beside the entrance to the toilet is the basin itself hence its narrow . Next the spring mattress has certainly out lived its life span .. the bed is not good as we c an feel the spring at the bottom of the mattress . think the mattress needs to be changed .

The location is great for travellers. I didn't like the management and check in procedure. The time for check in is at 3.00pm. So I arrive at 3.00pm to check in. When i'm done with the registration they ask me to wait for awhile for them check the room, but I've been waiting for 30 minute! It's nonsense. The room supposedly ready at 3.00pm! All the room have to be ready before 3.00pm because 3.00pm is a time for check in. Please learn to manage time!
