Location, style, comfort. This was my third stay here and loved it once again. No complaints

Rooms are spacious & comfortable. Well equipped for a long-term stay, though I was only there 1 night. Facilities were lacking. Both the restaurant & cafe were closed, one of the two pools was under maintenance, and the beach was inaccessible due to high tide. The one pool that was open was cloudy and in a very strange location, between roped off construction and a children's school. Yes, there is a primary school in the middle of the resort. Front desk told us we must leave a review via their QR code before returning RM100 deposit upon check out.

The atmosphere was amazing! The landscaping is like a garden of Eden. Very romantic place to just enjoy the scenery. They have two restaurants and a drink bar. There is no easy way to walk from here. You need a car, or take the bus to get around. There is a small town to the north but not much to do.

But unfortunately walls are extremely thin and the other guests were partying in their rooms well beyond midnight all the nights we were there (different guests, 3 night in a row, so not an isolated incident). Hotel seemed powerless to stop this so no-one in our party had any sleep plus my teenage son was threatened with violence and called a racist for asking guests shouting outside his room at 1am to quieten down please. The 2 restaurants are very popular with locals (and good) which means that the resort is much busier than you would imagine for the number of rooms... Plus there is also a bird scaring machine that makes noise every few minutes during the day and a siren that goes off if anyone chooses to walk down the beach. To be avoided if you are looking for a haven of peace.

Booked a standard room and got upgraded to premiere suite by the staff there... It was a wonderful experience as it has two balconies and we were satisfied with the room as it was comfy and spacious.. The seaview from the balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed the facilities there especially the pools

Lovely place, so green and well maintained. 1. The restaurant was to close at 9 pm, but the music and noise from it continued to much later. 2. Very difficult to walk to any nearby food places.

The room and resort decorations are stunning! My mom couldn't get enough of the landscaping, and the sightseeing facilities are so well-designed and welcoming The steep incline at the entrance and exit is dangerous, particularly when obstructed by visitors stopping to take photos along the road

I didn’t like that you could only access it by vehicle. We were hoping to be able to walk but it was way too dangerous to do that. I also didn’t like that the restaurant didn’t have any soft drinks or alcohol available.

Room was large with 2 balconies and views over the ocean and pool. The team working there couldnt do enough to ensure you had a great stay. Useful to have access to a car to get around the area

Only the car park quite congested during peak time, suitable for medium to small car but not for mpv/pickup. Anyway they have a parking attendant to assist.
