Rugged Country Lodge

Well kept up older facility with charm. It was very hot when we were there and the breakfast area wasn’t air conditioned which would have been helpful. The air conditioning unit in the room worked well.

This was a very pleasant stay with no negative issues at all. It's well-kept with easy parking and is very close to to downtown Pendleton. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom and was well-lit which means a lot when you have work to do!

The room was cozy and well decorated. Kind of has a bed and breakfast vibe.

Nice place. The room phone rang promptly at 11:05, to see if we were checking out. So dont be tardy!

Hotel is short drive from freeway exit but the room was still quiet and clean. Breakfast was included(coffee, juice, fruit, hard boiled eggs, waffles, toast and bagels to choose from).

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable but the air conditioner was 18” from my side of the bed and was very noisy. Breakfast selection was very good

Very clean, staff was friendly. Parking was a little cramped with our 1 ton dually but got it done. Pretty quiet even with the trains going by. Fantastic shower !

This place is well maintained and very clean. It is an old fashioned motel, but everything in the room was up-to-date and working. The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and accommodating. We would stay here again.

It wasn't the kind of motel we usually stay in. The room was very small and I had to hunt for places to plug in our electronics. We also didn't like the tiny bathroom. The sink had no place to put your toiletries, had to use a tiny shelf and the lid on the toilet. They serve a meager breakfast so we skipped it and found a Denny's. Charged us twice for the room (didn't find out until we looked at our statement). Had to submit a merchant dispute with our CC company (closed in our favor).

Small rooms, close to railroad tracks

Clean room with comfortable bed. Very nostalgic like Grandma's house. The train track was very close but earplugs worked well.

The hotel is just a mile or two off the Interstate. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was pleasant and kind. The room was clean, quaint and comfortable but not much room with the two queen beds. TV in the room is fairly small. Breakfast was standard hotel food. When we checked out, I did share a minor concern with the gentleman and the front desk. He immediately became defensive. I was taken back by his defensiveness and immediately left.

Hotel was well maintained for an older hotel. There was an easily accessible outdoor area for my small dog. The bed was comfortable. I was able to have something healthy for breakfast( hard boiled eggs and a banana ). I think the hotel was good value for the price and would stay again.

My automobile broke down and it had be towed to be repaired. I requested to drop off my bags at the hotel before check in time but was told I couldn't do that. They had no place to put them.?

Room was comfortable and very clean. This was perfect for our needs and the price was great. Breakfast wasn't as big as the bigger hotels, but it was adequate.
