Nice location in the middle of town. Clean rooms and comfy bed. Hamleys across the street is a MUST. Great great food.

I didn’t even stay at this motel or any motel and was charged even after chatting on the phone and being told I would be refunded my money for the wrong motel being booked .

Dirty, old. Staff was nice.

The staff were so warm and helpful. It’s a unique place with comfortable beds. Just needs a few small repairs and a bit better clean.

Nice stay!

Beautifully remodeled and a very welcoming lobby adjacent to an inviting bar. We arrived after hours but was able to easily call the desk and was greeted momentarily by staff to let us in. I appreciate this locked facility. Room was very accommodating and hotel offered complimentary light breakfast snacks like fresh fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, pastry, and cereal options plus coffee. 10/10 would return.

Nice hotel.

I liked the themed, semi-kitchy cowboy chic aesthetic of our room. The neighborhood was filled with bars, so there was a group of drunk and rowdies walking around the neighborhood when we arrived for check in. That was annoying but no real problem since they were across the street from the hotel rather than at the hotel. Parking was okay, just be careful if you are driving an SUV with a cargo box on top, the underground garage parking may not be tall enough to accommodate you. However, the super kind front desk receptionist who checked us in gave us good parking tips. We arrived around 11:30pm on a Saturday, but we still lucked out and grabbed the last above ground parking spot. The bed was comfortable and the flooring was a great choice since this hotel accepts pets. After all was said and done, it was a good stay and I appreciate the staff’s efforts to make it a comfy space.

Breakfast was the only issue really for a cheap clean room. Need some fresh fruit and bagels from somewhere local would be nice...

I wanted to like this place, but there were so many issues. The door to the room had large gap around the bottom of the door so mice, rats and other critters can walk right in the room. There were not outlets for the microwave, frig and coffee maker and one outlet wasn't working. The door to enter breakfast was locked and everyone had to walk around the building to enter. A staff member was crushing cans outside our door at 5am waking everyone.everyone up.What is needed is for someone to go through each room and think about the needs of a guest and make needed changes. We stayed in a room meant for a handicap person. The tub was so high, we could not get my mom in the tub. It was a sad stay. I have never seen a place like it.

They need to pay more attention to room detail. The trim, the better caulk in the tub and such. Hire better help.

We stayed here a month ago and found our room updated, clean and comfortable however, on this stay, we had a dingy, old, cheap looking room with wall patches, shower cracks covered with packing tape, curtains off their hooks and 5 different kinds of flooring cobbled together. Receptionist said there were a couple of “those rooms” & didn’t know if or when they would be updated. Review your room choice before committing.

The only suggestion I have is regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom. I noticed some hair, so I wish it had been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Other than that, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay.
-
Only issues I had was you could see the light through the seams of the door and there being fires near you could smell the smoke in our room because of the doors not being sealed. You could hear every noise through the walls 6am I could hear the next person in the room talking as if she was sitting in our room

You could tell it was just remodeled. Lots of cut corners. It felt as if they were trying to be fancier and calling it a hotel is not correct. Its a motel. I think the photos made the property look way nicer than it was. When we checked in it was in their bar area and smelled like sewer. Our mattress didnt have a fitted sheet on and it was just the mattress protector that had stains all over. The staff at the front desk was very kind and replaced it and put a new sheet on. Other than that it was a great stay and a good location.
