Unfortunately nothing was positive about the stay. First day in suite it immediately was super hot in room due to air not being on and window cracked open due to being broken and not possible to latch and not in frame where it could have fallen in on someone we also noticed no microwaves and missing one of the refrigerators then after leaving for an hour came back to find ants all over room and when we told staff they moved my family into two separate smaller rooms that were way down the hall from each other, the room i was in had a toilet that constantly ran and dripped dirty water on bathroom floor as well as having red stains in tub and paint peeling on wall also the window was loose in frame and gorilla taped from outside so you would open and have it fall out. They had no milk first morning for the kids to have cereal and said they didnt know when they would get it. Pool was closed every day until around 5, on the first day I noticed water was foggy and dirty looking and by the 4th day it was dark green with algae on steps leading in and bugs swimming in it also, management asked us to leave due to realizing how dirty it was on the only day it opened before 5. Our room keys stopped working the day before checkout and we had to get new ones to get back in our rooms.

The pool looked nice when we came and they let us check in an hour early Homeless people all over the property asking for things, the room was not at all as modern as pictured, the room felt damp from the furniture to the bedding to the carpet and even the air in the room, garbage in bags and full bins all over the property not disposed of our entire stay, mold on the bathroom ceiling and shower tile grout, holes behind all the fixtures, the tv stand had a stain I cleaned myself, we could hear dogs barking on the property when no pets were allowed, people in the pool until after midnight, screaming, and hollering when the pool was supposed to close at 10 and some of us had to get up early the next day, the carpet was coming up and all different kinds of places and fraying at the doors, better internet connection from neighboring hotels, worst Wyndham property I’ve ever been on. Had to purchase an damp rid bucket to help with the moisture and had to buy a fabreeze plug in for the smell

Nothing From the beginning, our stay was very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Upon arrival, we checked in for our 2 Room, 2 Night Stay of 4 Guests. The front desk gave us the keys and assured us one room had a King Bed, and the other had 2 Double Beds (per our exact reservation details so we can all fit correctly) Upon arriving to the rooms, we noticed both rooms were 1 bed only. This would not work in our situation with 4 guests, so we went right back down to the front desk to resolve this mistake on their end. They then informed us, “We are very overbooked and can’t accommodate your booking” AFTER we had paid and signed the invoice. They offered no solution other than give us a “partial discount” on 1 of our rooms, that was it. This would not work for us as there physically needed to be another bed for our 4th guest to sleep in, and this was not an option anymore according to the hotel. Our 4th guest had to walk across the street and pay $400 for a new hotel for herself as Baymont Wyndham would not resolve this for us or find another room, free of charge due to their mistake. Ironically, the front desk itself has a sign I will attach below saying “If there is a problem with your guest room we cannot fix, your stay is free” That in itself is a blatant lie and we were not given a free stay. Additionally, the rooms were in AWFUL condition. Upon walking in, you’re greeted with a very strong mix of cigarette smoke and mildew. It was very unbearable to sit in let alone sleep in that smell. Also found were 4 bullet holes covered by plaster directly above my head when laying in bed, there is a gaping hole behind the bathroom light that is exposed electrical wiring and perhaps can even see into the other room which is absolutely not okay. Our other guests room (we had booked 2 total) had a door that did not lock whatsoever, leaving all of our valuables and personal items at risk.

I enjoyed the quietness of the area but there were no amenities the body wash container was empty in the first bathroom and there was not even a empty bottle in the other, I had a suite with 2 bathrooms one shower didn’t work the other the toilet ran all night and the other wouldn’t flush we had to use the trash can and fill with water in the shower that did work and flush the toilets called twice the first time was told maintenance was unavailable because it was after 11pm when we checked in was not offered another room due to being booked but showed other rooms on Expedia. I will never stay here again and hope to get a full refund for the money I spend and didn’t even have working accommodations for our stay

Nothing absolutely terrible. So much! We had a hard time finding our room to start, and then when we finally found it and we’re walking towards it, there’s a guy outside smoking marijuana then we get into the room and it smells like mold. The bathroom had a leak so the bathtub was absolutely disgusting. I would not have showered without shoes on the mini fridge cupboard door was broken and there was mold all around the bottom of the outside of the mini fridge. The room did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly.
