Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Got settled in room and TV did not work. Called front desk and the man said, "oh yea that TV doesn't work"! Had to pack up and move to a higher floor. Needed trolley to help so had to find one. No one offered any help.

We woke up and found three cockroaches in our room. One in the tub, one by the sink, and another one by the tv. That's absolutely disgusting! Especially at the price we paid for this hotel, I expected it to be clean. I'll never stay here again. We spent like 30 minutes just going through our bags and making sure they were clean so we wouldn't take this infestation home. We didn't even eat breakfast at the hotel because who knows what the kitchen looks like.
