The hotel has a good location zone. My bedroom was a disaster area. At 2 am, the roof started leaking and, as it rained, I had a waterfall inside my room. If this room has roof problems, why was I assigned to it?

Amazing place It's a bit noisy, especially on weekends.

Great staff helping us even with a breakfast to take with us at 02:30 midnight for our flight. You have to be a bit cautious in Pereira when walking outside at night. Be smart and take an Uber if needed and inexperienced in Latin America.

This seems like an unusual perfect combination of absolutely beautiful, luxury, classy property located right in the middle of all the activity. Within walking distance to pretty much anything you might think of including supermarket, restaurants, nightlife, shopping center, anything and everything. The stuff is extremely attentive, very much caring and is willing to please in anyway to make sure that you are happy. Breakfast is delicious. Service is courteous. I don’t even know what else to say. Oh, by the way, it has free parking. So if you are coming with the car, you don’t have to worry about the parking which is right next to the building , extremely convenient. This is a three-story building and it doesn’t have an elevator. Which is not a big deal because the hotel personnel gladly will help you with your luggage without even asking. Just worth mentioning, if you on a wheelchair this beautiful property may not be a good choice for you.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was attentive and check in was easy. They jumped to help me with anything I needed. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel, especially considering it was included in the price. If I come back, this is the only hotel I will stay in. Nothing

Amazing staff, perfect location right next to the largest mall, the city center, shops, bars and restaurants. Small complaints so I feel a bit like the old guys from the muppets but still, keep in mind: No elevator so climbing to 3rd floor means 2 stories of stairs. The place is quite old, though very well maintained. Breakfast is fine, but could be better if the supplied some bread?

The vintage decor is very beautiful and unique. The staff is warm and friendly. They make you feel at home. Everything was just like advertised

Love the architecture. The old feel. No gym at the hotel but did get a card to go to the gym close by. The elevator would be like.

The position, in the downtown, the facilities and the staff. Cozy, wooden floors, nice flavor of the building, friendly staff. Maybe a little too noisy until 1 AM because of the bara from the neighbourhood
