Location, general overall beauty of the facility. Room needs door card to turn on lights, tv, air conditioning. It also turns on a bank of lights behind the bed that runs the length of the room. There is no switch to turn it off. So you sleep with lights in or no a/c, tv, etc. only 1(one) electrical plug in the entire room and it’s located away from the beds. You either get to charge your phone or keep it by your bedside.

The staff at check in and check out were friendly, professional, and efficient. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast that I've had in years. I'd stay at this hotel again just for the breakfast. Although it's an older building, it's been updated, and in particular, the lobby looks great. One of the massage therapists in the spa spoke English well, which was helpful. The pool service could be improved. While friendly, the pool service was slow, and the price of a gin and tonic was a bit of a shock, too.

Its central location with an adjacent commercial/shopping center us excellent. The free, on-site parking was very useful. Would like to have coffee maker in in the rooms.

This has always been our favorite hotel in Pereira by far. Comfortable rooms, amazing staff, great breakfast, and the heated pool is always a nice place to relax. You can’t beat the location near plenty of good restaurants.

I am having a good time with medical tourism here ,I'm old and crippled,its difficult for me to walk very far.your staff has been very helpful, and I will recommend your hotel, and tell all my crippled Old friends about my medical experience and stay at this hotel Room service was hard, A menue and a number to call printed on a Sheet of paper would be nice.most old people are not that good with computer games, and playing find a menue,then who to order it from, wasn't that intertaning

Beautiful, clean great value. Free breakfast is fantastic. No USB plugs. Only 1 electrical socket between the beds. Asked for a 4 AM wake up call at check in. Verified wake up call just after dinner. Still there was no call. Luckily we still woke up with enough time to make our flight.
