Great location in the heart of Centro. The room was spotless. A special shout out to Edwin the night receptionist. Super nice guy On our first morning there was no free complimentary breakfast as promised. (Apparently the chef was under the weather.) However no effort was made to provide even toast and coffee.

Comfortable bed, beautiful room, nice shower The tv didn't work and the tap broke severely (not our fault) and the staff came to fix it at 10pm, but didn't offer us any compensation for the trouble.

Good location. Nice size bedroom. You can hear the traffic noise during the day and night.

Good internet. Bad location. Dangerous to walk around at night. Lots of street noise.

The staff was very friendly, they relocated me into a better room at request. I was placed into Room 108 on the first night, and it gets loud at night. Avoid Room 108 if you're not used to city noise at night.

Excellent location in the town center of Pereira. Very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Unable to open the curtains during the day light because you loose your privacy
