HOTEL DIBENI PEREIRA

The location Everything. The staff was rude, the room was dirty and unkept and there was an awful smell in the room unless the window was left open. The booking said there was early check in and said nothing about a fee, however when we arrived they claimed they did not do early check in. After going back and forth with the rude lady at the front desk she finally said they would do early check in for a high fee. We also did not receive a receipt for anything so there was no way to tell what we were actually paying for. There were no towels in the room nor extra toilet paper nor soap. They also did not take credit card which was an extreme inconvenience.

The bed was very comfortable. I loved having hot water and a balcony. The room I got at first didn't have a balcony and the lights weren't working, but this was quickly corrected. If all rooms are advertised as having a balcony, then that should automatically be given, or change the listings based on availability of rooms with balconies to avoid disappointments. There wasn't any blanket, just a light sheet to cover with, which made it difficult to sleep because I was cold all night

Primero Que todo. El personal es muy amable. Es cerca de todo elmcomercio me gusta . Por lo central. La limpieza de las habitaciones. no me gusto para nada. Landucha esta Lisa. La cama estaba sin cambiar sabanas. La basura de tras de la puerta . Las parades de la habitation se veia sucia.

The location near the downtown It was alright just a tiny bit of areas of improvement here and there, nothing too specific

Some of the furniture was really old, broken or damaged. They only gave me one towel so there wasn’t one for the floor to use as a carpet after taking a shower, there wasn’t hand towel, the neighborhood is not safe when it gets dark.

Change price of the reservation

The bed is very hard.

I cannot recommend this hotel after a deeply frustrating experience. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told upon arrival in the afternoon that no rooms were available. Being forced to find last-minute accommodations after a long trip was unacceptable. If you do choose to stay here, I strongly suggest calling the reception desk directly to double-check your booking before you arrive.

No A/C No hot water and also water its seems come straight from caves(so cold). Non flexible breakfast

One of the staff was very rude and personal

They did not respect our booking and transferred us to another hotel at a worse location and worse service. It was so disrespectful and annoying

nothing terrible breakfast. too much noise cheap decor uncomfortable bath room messy location. I left the next day i got what I paid for

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. Hot water! Good location near everything, restaurants, shop, markets! I have no complaints!

Noise from truck delivery right below late at night to the store below, can last awhile, not a problem if you are in an interior room and not s street view.
