Beautiful, peaceful finca with well-maintained grounds, vineyards, and inviting social spaces. The restaurant served excellent food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The sauna, massage services, and overall atmosphere made it a relaxing place to stay. We experienced multiple water outages during our four-night stay, including two mornings before tours and again after my chocolate massage, leaving me unable to shower and rinse off. The hot tub never got warm despite trying it at different times of the day. At checkout, I was charged for minibar items we did not consume. I recommend providing guests with a detailed minibar inventory at check-in to avoid misunderstandings. Also, first-time visitors should know the surrounding neighborhood may appear rough, but it is a safe rural area.

Not the best location. Aboutn25 minutes from downtown.
-
street noise

The environment, the space, the people who works there. Very good vibes. Beautiful sunset. I understand the ecological philosophy but I prefer really hot water for the shower.
-
Solar hot water. Shower water luke warm at best even leaving the hot tap on for a long time (as recommended).

Rooms. Poor water pressure. Property smells

The Wi-Fi service was severely unreliable, preventing us from watching television or listening to music. Despite our complaints, the staff did not investigate the issue. Be aware that when booking this hotel, the policy requires guests to present a credit card and a photo ID upon check-in. The hotel does not accept driver’s licenses or other photo IDs except passports. If a guest forgets their passport or passport number, their nightly rate will be adjusted. The hotel policy should be more specific, stating that only passports are accepted as photo IDs.

First ever hotel in Colombia, so don't know how it compares to others yet.

This place is located is a beautiful area, across a small market, walking distance to several restaurants and close to main roads. Loved the peace and ambiance. I could not get over the smell. Smells like horse manure when you walk onto the property and in some areas. Also- the internet on the buildings in the back was horrible. We complained but it was never fixed although they told us it would be. I also wish the staff would set up interactive activities for the guests like dance lessons or a guest Friday night party, etc.

Everything! There is nothing to not like in this very relaxing beautiful place.

The property is stunning and tranquil, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and appreciating the beautiful landscape. During our stay, we discovered that the children’s pool was out of service, which was unfortunate as it would have been perfect for our 1.5-year-old. Additionally, the water access points to the pool were left open, prompting me to cover them with a nearby tile to prevent my child to get injured by it. We also noticed that the grout in the shower tiles was cracked, and there was a leak in the roof of the social area adjacent to the playground. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and always attentive to any requests. Our experiences with the restaurant food was mixed. Some dishes were delicious but some others like the chicken in corn sauce were a total miss.

Superb

Room was large, quiet and comfortable. Pool was great. Lots of activities for children. Good breakfast. Not loads of vegetarian options for food after a few meals. No yoghurt available at breakfast for 2 days.

The place is pretty neat . The workers are great. The food at the restaurant is not good enough. They don’t have options for people with some kind of food intolerance.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! It’s like a resort. When you come into the road where it’s located don’t be fool, it is not what it looks like. In the outside it looks dingy but once you get through the doors you won’t be disappointed. If you love birds and nature, you will love this place. It is full of beautiful birds and if you’re lucky and stay in the back by where the plantain forest is then you’ll get to see even more varieties of birds. Since its on the outskirts of the city it’s quiet and you’ll hear birds and maybe the wild dogs howling at night. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room take a while to warm up
