Staff were very nice. This place is like a glorified motel. Our room was clean but very small and in particular the restroom. There was hardly any space to move around specially, with two people. Access road is in very bad shape.

They drive you crazy for payment. The Manager in the evening hours is just pain nasty. No manners! There was NO hot water after the first day dispite two visits to the frente desk.

Great staff, beautiful Location is wrong. Taxi driver couldn’t find and was worrying as a solo female traveller late at night.

This hotel is amazing! I would say what I like most is everyone of the staff. I do not speak Spanish and they went out of their way to accomodate and make me feel welcomed. We used Google Translate. Also, the property is absolutely positively amazing

We selected this hotel because it was listed as being only 2,200 feet from the Peirera airport. We had a flight to catch the next day and were looking for a hotel close to airport. As it turned out, hotel waa much further than what the listing described.
