Close to the airport Too much noise from the main avenue

Very few things.1) Dont have phone available to the rooms when I request say you have to comunicate thru whast Up 2)only 1 towell was over the bed 3) no small towells in the bathroom no soap for a bath only 1 envelope with shampoo. 4) EXTREMELLY noise from 30Th Ave (motorcicles cars speeding 5)I walk down from 2nd floor to talk to attendance to cancel reserat for early taxi to airport because I had uber.Surprize from door close no lights in the lobby Iwalk around the night person was sleeping in the corner next to bathroom I make a noise He wake up and say amsorry what can I do for you??? This is a good service from a Hotel ???? nothing

The attendants There was no elevador, there was only 1 menu from breakfast and it was so small.

Close to the airport the breakfast is decent the staff is nice. They did laundry for me and had it back in a few hours. Bed was comfortable. Room has Air conditioning. Price is great. The hot water ran out in about a minute I had a cold shower that was really a drag. I never did get the hot water in the sink to come on. No elevator. lots of steps so make sure that you can climb stairs.

Good price , Very big size apt. Free parking, comfortable and convenient .

The room was really good, everything was functional! The girl at the front desk that night took a long time to check us in because was hesitating our booking price. She was a little bit rude but as soon as she contacted the admin she let us go through. Besides that, the staff at the morning was really nice and helpful.

The property was located close to airport. It was very noisy most of the night. Bath mat would be nice to step on after showering.

FALSE ADVERTISING; when we arrived to the hotel the UNFRIENDLY STAFF didn’t give us the room type we booked. Very unpleasant stay; SUPER NOISY. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Absolutely trash

Nothing, I guess at least they had hot water? Room was awful, dirty and tiny. There wasn’t even a toilet seat or lid, and the toilet was not cleaned. You’d expect a budget hotel to be no frills but this hotel crosses the line. It was also incredible noisy. They advertised that there is safe parking but it is just on the driveway and there is limited space, so we had to go somewhere nearby that felt unsafe to pay and park, and Uber back to the hotel. The staff were also not able to communicate in English for basic things like the payment l, despite being advertised as English friendly, and I was made to sign a contract in Spanish.

Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready because the A/C went out and they transfer me to another hotel at another location and the area was bad.

Location Nice and Clean

It's a hotel near the airport located on a main avenue, so it's a bit noisy because of the traffic.

Couldn't get my room because of plumbing issues

The hotel was acquired recently by a new administration, and we had to pay with the local currency as they were not accepting US dollars or credit cards.
