The room is a good value for what you pay for. Do not expect something more if you can´t pay more. The location is excellent if you need to stay near the airport or the ExpoFuturo. They have pleasant staff who are always willing to help you. And that is I think one of the best counter effort the hotel can give you if they have other misgivings. They have a good filling breakfast. Their hot chocolate is divine. The first room they assigned to me has a non-working AC so they had to move me to another one that is on the road side. It was just noisy as it is the main road. So it is difficult to sleep. They have a little repair going on the hotel, so the surroundings was a bit dusty and dirty.

This hotel is very close to Pereira airport The room was in a basement with no windows. This was not specified in the description of the room on Booking.com.

I needed a quiet, air-conditioned room to rest before my international flight out of the Pereira airport (which is very close by). My room met all of these expectations, and the staff was very helpful.

Modern, comfortable, excellent staff, views of mountains! Car noise on road, old building with stairs only (I was on 4th floor and with altitude sickness adjusting coming from sea level to 4,600 ft it was difficult to climb the stairs.)
