El Staff y la amabilidad de estos En la noche hay cerca mucho habitante de calle y por momentos huele un poco mal
-
That it is close to stores I cannot think of anything
-
We have the double citizenship, we got charged as Colombian citizens which I understand but they didn't specify that from the beginning of the booking
-
Parking in the next building. Close enough but with kids I prefer inside building

This has always been our go-to hotel in Pereira, but this time was disappointing. The spa is no longer available, the bar is gone, and the breakfast included orange juice that tasted like a diluted packaged mix rather than fresh juice. The price is still reasonable, but we really missed the amenities it used to offer.

A place for relaxing, like a room with sofas

This hotel is one of the earliest hotels (may be the first) in the Pereira, founded in 1930s. Therefore, it has the history and elegance, with a great experience. It is definetely not one of the modern but soulless hotel chains. Location is in the middle of the city centre. It includes a complimentary breakfast, as well. Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. Again, my specific thanks to the hotel manager, who solves our problem with the taxi driver at the very first minute we arrived to the hotel, and to the kind reception lady, who helps us to contact our problematic hotel in Bogota! Hotel is on a noisy street, sometimes, you can hear people from the street in the night, although it is not the fault of the hotel.

Very good service! Close from everything

The location in the Downtown area is quite busy and noisy, but, because I was in a room facing the inner courtyard, it was relatively quiet. The breakfast was generally good and the room was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathroom was small, but good enough for one person. I would have needed a larger one if I were staying with a second person. The hotel has an antique feel throughout, though it has definitely been modernized. The location is generally noisy, especially on weekdays, as it is in the heart of the downtown area. The upside, is it's close to shopping (Victoria Mall, among numerous stores on the streets), restaurants, banks, and parks. There is a disco nearby, as on Friday and Saturday nights music can be heard in the room into the midnight hours. I used earplugs and slept easily.

My room was close to the Main Street and it was quite noisy.

Historic, centrally located, art deco hotel that officially opened in 1938. The staff wasn’t friendly. They weren’t unfriendly either. They didn’t seem interested in being there, at the hotel .

Curtains don't sufficiently block street lights p

Classic old hotel well located in the centre Very noisy on the street... Take a room at the back if you want to sleep

Nothing! A dreary place which seems to have very few visitors. The whole place was dark and dreary. My shower didn't work and the whole place felt run down. I regret staying there!@

The hotel is centrally located and has some undeniable old-fashioned charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room looked out directly into the laundry room and had little natural light. A group of young people stayed in the hotel when we were there and they were quite loud in the middle of the night.
